Anger.
That's all I've felt over the past month.
Words cannot describe how fucking betrayed I felt.
I mean not only did Naomi betray me but so did my TWIN sister.
They both knew how much this secret would affect me yet they still used it to expose me.
My whole life fell apart that day.
The entire car ride was silent but I could feel my dad's glare all over me.
He's actually going to kill me.
As soon as we park in the garage, I practically sprint inside just so I can avoid the confrontation.
But I don't make it very far.
"Beckett!" My dad yells and I freeze.
"Dad-"
"YOU SLEPT WITH YOUR FUCKING TEACHER!" He yells and I flinch.
My eyes widen when he grabs a glass and pours himself a hefty glass of tequila.
"I wasn't thinking..."
"Clearly! What the fuck were you thinking? Were you failing her class or something?"
"No! I- I just felt alone and she was there and-"
"So she took advantage of you?!"
"No! It was consensual!"
"Bullshit! What kind of fucking reason would you have to sleep with your teacher!"
"I JUST FELT FUCKING ABANDONED!" I snap and he freezes.
"What are you talking about?" He asks, his tone a bit softer than before.
"The anniversary of mom's death was coming up and any time I tried to talk to you, you kept booking trips and leaving...Ms.F noticed that I was upset, we talked for a while and one thing led to another- and yeah," I explain, feeling my face grow hot.
He doesn't say anything, instead, he chugs the rest of his drink before chucking the glass into the fireplace, causing it to shatter into a million pieces.
He mumbles something to himself and I begin to feel embarrassed.
I want to fucking cry.
I want this to all be some kind of fucked up nightmare.
Suddenly he walks up to me and to my shock he pulls me into a tight hug.
I hear a sob escape him and that immediately causes me to break down as well.
"I can't believe I didn't even notice that my own son was suffering...I'm such a fucked up father-"
