As they approach the table, Pansy continues to talk about various dating options for Daphne, who just blushes and nods slowly without entertaining any of the ideas.

Blaise trails along beside Daphne, watching the surprise on her face grow with each of Pansy's ideas.
"What about Draco then?" Pansy finally says before slowly to a halt, her eyes widening as she stares at Astoria.
"Sorry, I forgot he was already in an arranged marriage."
"Maybe not for long, father is trying to set me up with an extremely elite member of an Italian Pureblood family." she quips back, raising her chin in pride.

"Draco will be devastated," Blaise mumbles, smirking to himself as he gets hit on the arm by Daphne.

"Hey don't you normally go for brunettes," Blaise says, staring at Daphne who pales instantly.
"I don't really have a specific type,"
"Oh Adrian would be perfect for you! I don't know how I didn't think of him sooner!" Pansy squeals, signalling over to the door where Draco, Theo, and Adrian just entered.

The trio walk over to Pansy and Pansy grins wickedly at Daphne, who hides her head in her hands, her blonde hair falling over her face.

"Hey," Adrian says and he slides into his seat beside Daphne, immediately picking up a wing of chicken resting in the middle of the table.

"Tell me Adrian, what is your type in women," Pansy says, resting one hand on the table delicately.

Draco's eyes dart up and he narrows them at Pansy, immediately knowing where she is going.

"Probably," Adrian winces slightly before finishing, "brunette I reckon,"

Pansy slumps back and groans, "I was so close,"
"To what?" Adrian asks.
"Nothing," Pansy snaps, pulling the bowl of chicken from out of Theo's hands.

Blaise rolls his eyes and holds his hand out for Draco to pass the bread.
He receives half a glare before the plate is shoved roughly into his hand.
Theo snorts into his soup, before throwing his head back and hitting Blaise on the back.

Pansy's eyes widen, "What in merlins name is happening,"
"Blaise here is finally going to learn what it is like to be on Draco's black list," Theo says, still cackling.
"Don't be ridiculous," Draco snarls, cutting through a piece of meat.

"Oh yea? Hug him then."
"Absolutely not,"
"See! You are pissed at him,"
"I am not,"
"Either you are in love with someone, or you are pissed at him," Adrian says, adding his part to the conversation as he smirks at Draco.

Astoria glances up at this and Draco's jaw tenses before he answers, "I am not pissed at him,"

Blaise's jaw drops and Pansy's fork clatters against her plate. Theo pushes away from the table, not catching himself in time and falling out of his chair and Daphne and Astoria gasp, covering their mouths in shock.

Adrian and Draco's eyes stay locked, one pair narrowed in disdain and the other shining with mirth.
"How much did that hurt you," Adrian mocks while the other try to recover.

"Burn in hell," he grits out.

Theo chuckles under his breath and grips Draco's shoulder, giving him a small shake as he glances over to the Gryffindor table.

He catches Hermione's eye and sends her a wink, earning a painful kick on his shin from Draco.

"You love me?" Astoria says, finally recovering.
"Oh this is awkward," Theo says, pretending to inch away from the table as Adrian smirks at him.

"So now Theo knows too?" Blaise demands, throwing a hand against the table.
"Tell me what's going on"
"You first Zabini,"
"Speaking of not telling us things, do we get an explanation on what happened two weeks ago or does that stay with you," Pansy says, cutting in.
"Draco knows too," Theo replies, dismissing her.

Pansy's jaw drops and she narrows her eyes in frustration.
"No one tells me anything anymore," she grumbles.

Draco raises an eyebrow, "Perhaps if your first reaction to a secret wasn't about whether you could post about it then you would get told things,"

Pansy only rolls her eyes and grumbles under her breath at him.
Draco flits his eyes over to the Gryffindor table briefly and watches as Hermione enters. His mind wanders to the connection spell Theo forced them to complete. He knew Pansy would catch on when she had less on her mind but he would let her work it out on her own terms.

"Well if not me then who?" Astoria says indignantly, stabbing into her food roughly.
"Tori, you are trying to arrange a marriage with someone else, you can't get jealous." Daphne says, nudging her sister.

Draco raises an eyebrow at Astoria, "Oh do tell,"

Pansy rolls her eyes and says, "Just some random Italian Pureblood family,"

"I'm guessing with a better reputation than the Malfoy's, yes?"

Astoria has the grace to look away half ashamed as she digs into her food, not answering him.

He gives her a curt nod and looks across the table at Blaise who meets his glare and shrugs.

With a nod, Draco pushes himself to his feet and leaves the table, his food basically untouched.

Blaise waits a few moments before following him out of the hall.
"Shame," Theo sighs, resting his chin on his hands, "I liked having a secret Blaise didn't know, made me feel real important."

Adrian grins at him and raises a mocking eyebrow, "One day," he says, pressing hus hand against his heart.
"One day someone will love you that much,"
Theo wipes away non existent tears, "Do you really think so?"
"I do,"
"Oh I can't thank you enough," Theo says, now faking sobs as Daphne curls her lip in annoyance.

"Do either of you ever grow up?"
"Of course we do darling, in fact I'll have you know we already are," Adrian says.
"No you aren't," she says, scoffing.
"I'm older than you Daphne, don't forget that."

Her eyes widen for a brief moment before she purses her lips and glares at him.

Astoria begins to pester Pansy about clothing choices for the upcoming party pending Quidditch results and Theo glances longingly over at Luna who had migrated over to the Gryffindor table.
