"Only one."

(Continuing from last chapter..again.)

I walked back inside
And saw Ponyboy and Johnny talking in the booth. I sat down next to them and made small talk. Moments later dally walked back in. He walked back to the back room where the others were playing pool.

About an hour later everyone with the exception on me, pony, and Johnnycakes were all drunk. Dallas and soda came back to the booth where me and the other two boys were hanging out.

"Are y'all sure you don't want a drink?" Dallas asked.

"I'm sure..plus pony isn't even allowed to drink." I answered.

"I know that about pony but what about you doll? You're old enough..you're 18." He smiled.

"No dally. I'm good."

"Come on..please.."

"No."

"Please."

"No."

"Please."

"No."

"Please."

"If I do will you shut up?"

"Possibly."

"Fine..just get me one. Only one."

"Will do doll."

Not even a few minutes later he gave me my drink and sat down next to me.
Two-bit was now sitting down at the booth with soda. Ponyboy and Johnny went outside, and the rest were still playing pool.

I didn't drink any at first, but after a while I drank some. I'm not a big drinker, the most I ever drank was around 5 beers and I was out like a light. Meanwhile dally here I think already had around 8 or nine beers and is drunk.

Dally headed up to his room for something, I didn't catch what he said because he was just slurring his words. After about 30-40 minutes I finished my beer and I told myself no more, but two-bit convinced me to drink one more. One more became another and another. By my 6th beer I was drunk, my tolerance is not that high.

I then realized that they had a piano in here.

Hell yeah.

I sat down and tried to focus my vision so I could find the notes.

Dallas came back downstairs and the rest of the gang was now sitting at the booth.

Dallas POV:
"Where's Naomi?" I asked.

"I don't know she just disappeared."horse girl said.

I then heard great balls of fire being sung from the other room.

I walked over quickly and the gang followed behind me.

"That's badass."

Naomi POV:
I sang the first song that came to mind.

"You shake my nerves and you rattle my brain.." i sang along with atleast 30 other people in the bar.

"Too much love drives a man insane." Dally sang as he leaned against the piano.

"You broke my will."

"Oh what a thrill."

"Goodness gracious great balls of fire..!"

We sang the rest of the song and we all cheered.

After we left the room dally grabbed my hand and we went up to his room.

I sat down on his bed and he sat next to me.

"Didn't know you could play piano."

"Didn't know you knew good music."

We both chucked.

"Did Johnny really say that?"

"Yeah."

"Hm. Im gonna beat his ass."

"You better not touch him dal'..or you'll never get your precious jacket back."

"Well damn."

I looked out his small window and it was pitch black outside.

"What time is it?"

"I have no clue, I'm just as out of it as you are."

"Ugh..my mom was supposed to get home tonight from her work. She's going to murder me when I get home."

"I can walk ya if you want."

"Drink some water first." I said.

"You too dumbass." He laughed.

We both walk back downstairs, I don't even know why we went up to his room..I think he got him a jacket. He grabbed us both some water from the bar. We told the gang bye and we walked down the street. There was ice everywhere and occasional piles of snow.

"I can't wait until summer." I said quietly.

"Same..I hate the cold."

"You must really hate it because you don't have your jacket." I continued teasing him about him not having it, which he kind of just glared at me.

"Be quiet."

"Whatever.." I laughed.

After walking about 4 blocks we made it to my house. My brother's window was open so you could hear Elvis playing faintly.

"Well..I'll see you tomorrow."

"Hey uh..do you wanna go eat at the dingo tomorrow night? I can pick you up in bucks car."

I smiled.

"Yeah sure.."

"Alright..see ya.." he said quietly.
I swear I saw a small smile.
