Jaune: Alright, Sitri. What do you have in mind going forward? Cause I can tell you have a plan.
The two are now in a secluded Area in the Monastery where Sitri knows, no one goes to. So this is the perfect place for them to have this talk. But she made sure to put in a Spell that blocks all sound in the area so no one can hear what they are talking about.
Sitri: Well, it's simple. I plan to convince Rhea, not Seteth, cause I doubt he would agree to this, to have all the Houses joined together as one.
Jaune raised an eyebrow at that. How in remnant are they going to do that?
Sitri: I can see your face. But don't worry, I can come up with an explanation and tell Rhea that this whole thing stems from what this Academy was built for. It is so the 3 Regions or Kingdoms can come together and reach a new understanding or perhaps, even become something new entirely. I'm sure we have experience with that, especially with you, Jaune. Knowing your Unit has Members from different Races, such as Serena from the Dragon Kingdom, and Liana from the Elfen Kingdom. Then your Best Friend, Myrkr, from the Grimm Kingdom.
Jaune: Yes, Arcadia has the means to unite all the Races and Factions as one. We also have the 3 House Leaders who will be the Future Rulers of Fódlan, so I can see this idea working.
Sitri: Yup, all we need to do is convince Rhea of it.
Jaune: Although, if this plan does not work. What House are we planning to pick?
Sitri: The Black Eagles, Edelgard's goals coincide with ours. She will be a great ally for Arcadia, knowing what she plans to do for Fódlan.
Jaune: What about Dimitri and Claude?
Sitri: The Kingdom that Dimitri is a part of, is to close with the Church. I don't want to risk Arcadia in dealing with a war against his Kingdom and the Church, yet. As for Claude, he's a schemer, I don't trust him that much until we give him the bigger picture.
Jaune: I see....
He is curious on why Sitri would pick Edelgard, but then he realized it could be related to that of the Crests. He needs to know more info about this, and see what he can do on his end.
Sitri: Anyways, let's turn in for the night and prepare for a big day tomorrow.
He nods as the two leave the Hallway. But Sitri got a message from Graves regarding a request she asked for.
WE HAVE LOCATED MONICA, MIKLAN, AND LONATO AS PER YOUR REQUEST. SHOULD WE INITIATE CAPTURE AND RESCUE?

Sitri replies this and placed her Phone back in her pocket as she heads off out of there.
NO, WE START THE MISSION ON MY COMMAND. NO ONE IS TO ENGAGE UNTIL I GIVE THE GO AHEAD.

It's the next day as both Jaune and Sitri are now outside in the Courtyard. The two are wearing the same Outfits they wore the other day, still making them standout from everyone here. But Jaune altered his Outfit, since he does not need to hide his face, he is now wearing a Helmet with Headphones, and some shades that are tinted orange. He forego the heavy equipment and is now wearing light clothing, with his long sleeves rolled up, and is wearing a light bulletproof vest. He is holding his M4, and Sitri with her FN SCAR L.
Jaune: Alright, so what's the plan now?
Sitri: We look for the 3 House Leaders. Rhea said to mingle with the Students to get to know them. So if we see those 3, they can lead us to the rest.
