Chapter 5:

It's Christmas time and me and my enemy are neighbors so my mom and his mom are friends witch means my mom and his mom spend time together witch means me and E/n have to spend time together. Me and E/n's window is right next to each other so I can see what he does and visa versa.

Tomorrow is the last day of school before winter break and I'm about to shower until I get a text from my my friend saying "I think Jake likes me he looked me up and down" I just rolled my eyes. What's to cute about Jake I just don't get it,  that's all I could think of during my shower.  I get to my room to change and I forget to close my curtains and E/n just so happened to be watching so when I finished changing and turned around he was standing there with wide eyes and my checks turned BRIGHT pink and then my dad called me down stairs THANK GOD that was awkward.

The next day at school I was walking to class and I see E/n talking with his friends when he looked at me and blushed and quickly looked away. It's not like he saw anything but my back so it's fine right. Right!

I got home and I took a nap and by the time I woke up it was dark and no one was home. Odd. I dident care and I started playing music on the Alexa and dancing around in only a sports bra and Nike pros. I FaceTimed my bff cause why not we ended falling asleep on call. I woke up to my VERY loud alarm clock on my night stand I smack it to turn off. My phone must have died last night while I was asleep so I get up and get a glass of water and I decide to go on a run.

15 minutes into my run I hear foot steps coming up behind me so I turn my head to look and it's my enemy. GREAT.
E/n-Good morning
Y/n- yea yea good morning
E/n- someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed
Y/n- what do you want
E/n- nothing you know me and my family are going over too your house next Tuesday for Christmas
Y/n- yea I heard
E/n- you don't sound excited
Y/n- how could you tell

Y/n- you know why
E/n- not really a lot of people don't like me so it's hard to keep track
Y/n-  haha I know it's hard since you have such a small brain but think really hard than you might remember
E/n- whatever, why are you running so early
Y/n- I woke up early and couldent go back to sleep, you?
E/n- I used to go on runs with my sister but she moved away for college so

E/n- ok y/n stop just tell me what i did and maybe ill be sorry
Y/n- fine you cut my hair in kindergarten and you made fun of my friend
E/n- seriously y/n
Y/n- yes seriously my hair was never to same after that
E/n- ok look * he grabs my shoulders* I'm sorry for cutting your hair and making fun of your friend but she deserved it she looked stupid
Y/n- A HA YOU DID REMEMBER!
E/n- whatever
Y/n- mhm
E/n- you know I did more to your friends than I did too you si why do you hate me and they love me?
Y/n- idk I just don't like you
E/n- whyyyy
Y/n- I don't have a reason ig
E/n- yea that's what I thought so let's try to be friends yea why don't you come over to my house today and hang out
Y/n- really
E/n- yea, only if you want too
Y/n- sure I got nothing better
E/n- yay
Y/n- shut up (I say blushing)

E/n looks at me smiling as we start to run again i guess i never really thought about it but the only he ever did to me was cut a little bit of my hair off

We get to his house and im about to walk in until i realize i dont have my phone and i say ill be right back and run to my house but someone's standing there at my porch

Y/n- hello, can I help you?
Ex/n- hey, y/n how you been?
Y/n- oh it's you
Ex/n- yup it's me surprise
Y/n- stop with the small talk what do you want
Ex/n- I'm sorry for hurting you I really am
Y/n- you abused me both mentally and physically nothing you do will ever make me forgive you
Ex/n- please I'm sorry I swear I've changed
Y/n- that's what you keep saying but I don't belive it
Ex/n- please y/n
Y/n- I think you should leave
Ex/n- not until you forgive me and take me back
Y/n- leave. now.
Ex/n- come on (try's grabbing y/n by the waist)

E/n- she said get off of her
Ex/n-who are you
E/n- her boyfriend
Ex/n- really you leave me for this dweeb
E/n- leave her alone she doesn't need you anymore she never did
Ex/n- I wasent talking to you
E/n- you are now
Ex/n- your on thin ice and she loves me
E/n- no she doesn't not anymore she's with me so leave... NOW!
