Brief Description
Jadice Scott. Aka The Skull. He has the ability to sneak into the shadows so he can jump out at his "Prey". He was a flashy dresser who'd sport dark sunglasses to hide his cat-like eyes with a skull bandana to hide his identity. He also wore a thick leather motorcycle jacket over his clothes with metallic toe capped boots to protect himself from getting too scuffed up. And of course his face was covered in the most gnarly scars from his battles.
