We're both in the medical field so we understand each other's company and we get along well.
Fred is my long time boyfriend. He's my boyfriend since we're in high school. I thought that everything was going to be fine not until a transferee entered the scene.
"Frederick, you're here pala." I saw a tall girl walking towards us.
"Maureen, what are you doing here?" Fred asked.
"Can we talk in private or I'll just say it here?" The Maureen girl asks and took a glance of where I am.
"Just say it here." My boyfriend impatiently said.
"My dad wants to talk to you over dinner tomorrow. I'll just text you the details of what time and where." She said and walked away.
"Who's she?" I asked.
"She's Maureen, a transferee student." Tipid niyang sagot habang hawak ang kamay ko at naglalakad kami pauwi.
"Are you classmates with her?" Maingat kong tanong.
He looked at me. Ginulo niya ang buhok ko at hinalikan ako sa noo.
"No, she's in third year. Don't worry about her, ikaw lang naman ang babae ko, Alison."
Kinurot ko siya sa tagiliran at tumatawa lang naman siyang lumayo sa'kin ng kaunti at pagkatapos ay bigla na lang yayakap.
I trust Fred that's why I didn't bother to worry about that. His birthday came and I planned a surprise for him and we are currently here at the court in their subdivision.

Kung sino-sinong bumabati kay Fred habang naglalakad kami palabas ng court, his teammates, his friends, his classmates, and coach.
When suddenly his phone rang.
"Alison, I'll just get this call." I nodded and just sat on the bleachers while waiting for him.
"Alison, there's an emergency-"
Oh! Right! That's the plan, after the game, someone will call him and tell him that there's an emergency.
"It's okay, I'll just take a cab." I said and he kissed me before he bid his good bye.
Pagkarating ko sa bahay nila ay hindi na ako nagulat dahil tahimik pero nagulat ako dahil pagkarating ko roon ay wala pa rin si Fred.
"Alison, I thought you're with Fred?" His mom asked.
"Uhm. Someone called him and he told me it's an emergency, so I thought parating na po siya rito dahil iyon ang plano-"
"What? We didn't call him yet." His sister interrupted, ate Ling.
I was confused and at the same time, worried. Who called him, then? Oh, I just wish he's safe.
"Let's wait for him. Maybe it's really an emergency at babalik din siya rito." Pagpapakalma sa'min ng pinsan niyang si Kuya Hanz.
Hours later and he's still not here. Lumamig na ang pagkain, dumidilim na rin ang paligid.
