"ARGHHHHHH!", is the noise you hear from the god of wine when you stab him in the heel.

"What, can handle a little pain? I thought sons of Zeus were supposed to be strong?" I said, twisting the knife. "I yield, I yield" Dionysus said, wincing. "Good" He stood up, wincing in pain. "Lilly, what the heck?" Percy exclaimed. "Calm down, it won't kill him. Why do you wish to stop us, Dionysus?" Dionysus stood up straight, and then immediately fell over. I snickered. "Don't you-" "Dare laugh or I'll turn you into a dolphin, put you in a Merlot, bleh. When will you gods learn some new threats?" Dionysus glared at me. "I wouldn't get sassy, young lady. Zeus-" "Already knows about my tone and knows full well I won't hesitate to use it on him. Got anything else?" Dionysus shook his head. "I need to speak with Jackson first. I have special message for you" "Take your time, I'll be here" Dionysus groaned and pulled Percy over. I heard him mention Ariadne, not the biggest fan of her myth, but she's rather nice, as far as mortals turned gods go. Theseus, on the other hand...

"Lilly?" Percy poked my shoulder. "Yeah?" "Mr. D wants you now" I nodded and walked over to him. "What do you want?" "Sit" I sat on the rock in front of him. He waved his hand and two bottles of root beer appeared. He held one out to me. "Here" I took it and ripped the cap off. "Vicious much?" I glared at him and took a swig. He threw his hands up. "I heard you telling Percy about Ariadne" He spat out some of the drink. "What?" I nodded. "What, did you expect me not to listen?" He laughed and shook his head. "What?" "You are a very strange demigod, Lilly Black" "So now you get my name right" "Chiron asked me to bring you a warning. He warns you of the Titan's curse. It might be the death of you, due to your fatal flaw, or what he thinks it is" I wiped my mouth. "What does he think is my fatal flaw?" "Either loyalty or temper. I personally think you don't have one" "That's impossible. Every hero has a fatal flaw, that's how it goes" Dionysus shook his head. "I know. But you are something else, Lilly Black. I apologize. But I think you know that you have something more deadly than a flaw" I thought for a minute. "My powers..." "And your willingness to barter or steal with the gods, that is what makes you dangerous to the Olympians. They fear you joining Kronos and the turned demigods and the destruction of Olympus. Zeus especially fears you taking his throne, and becoming Queen of the Gods" I laughed. "And he thinks I'd willingly join Kronos? You gods really are stupid."

Lightning flashed across the sky. "You dare-" "Let me make this very clear" I held my dagger at his throat. "I have only sided with the gods because you are the lesser of two evils. If Kronos was actually to give me everything I've wanted and meant it, Olympus would already be burned to the ground and Viktor and I would already be on the throne, ruling over all of you" Dionysus shuddered as I lowered the dagger. I sat back down. "But besides that, about Ariadne..." "What about her?" Dionysus asked. "You and her need more time together. Here's a deal," "Yes?" "When we get back from the quest, I'll make Zeus allow her to come here with you" I held out my hand. Dionysus studied my hand. "What's the catch?" "I get rights to everyone at Camp Half-Blood, they are under my protection, and if the gods attack any one of my friends, you vow to aid me in killing them. Deal?" Dionysus nodded. "Deal"

"What was that about?" Percy asked. "Nothing, just business as usual. Let's go. Blackjack, get us to Zoe's van."
