Just a heads up this will be a five part story. Then later we're gonna have even more series, following this series about other main characters. These series are called the Beautiful Metals Series. Another heads up I'm a Christian, I do not cuss so...
As I biked to school. I felt the warm side rising over me. I felt good. My black beanie kept my ears warm as my hair blew behind me. For the first time in forever, I couldn't wait to get to school. As I rode by houses and streets I heard one of my friends call out to me. "Essie! Wait up. I want to ride my bike with you!" Cora shouted. So, I waited for Cora. Cora has a super kind heart and all the boys would love a chance to date her. In fact, all of the boys would love to have a chance to date any of my friends.

Cora is in and out for her house back with her school bag, beanie, and bike. Together we talk and laugh as ride the three blocks to the school from her house. We stopped our bikes and hopped off to park them. A lot of students were hanging out on the front lawn off the school and quite a few stared at Cora and I as we walked inside of the Beautiful Blue High School.
Cora and I walk thought the halls to our lockers. It was nice because all three of my friends and I had lockers right next to each other. Cora and I started putting our stuff away while smiling and talking some more. Then we heard the chaos, "Essie Lou! I'm so glad to see you!" my best friend Annalise shouted through the hall. Maeve, our little sassy one, was laughing behind her.
"Annalise, I'm so glad to see you too!" I said with mischief gleaming in my eyes. Maeve was the only one to pick up on it though, she raised her eyebrows at me. I just smirked at her to and said, "Good morning, Maeve! I hope you got at least a little bit of sleep last night."
" UGG!" She groaned. " Don't remind me." She smirked back at me while rolling her eyes. Her little mischievous smile and intoxicating her face. That's the face that makes all the boys swoon. So to show her I didn't care, I rolled my eyes right back. She finally gave up, and her and Annalise went to put their things away. As Annalise opened her locker she screamed. "A snake! Oh my gosh! Maeve, I can't believe you! How did you even do this? I've been with you since you got to school."
Maeve started laughing, " I didn't do it!"
"Then why are you laughing?" Annalise asked as she started laughing too.
"Because whoever did it is a genius!" Said Maeve laughing even harder and winking at me! At this Cora and I started laughing her heads off.
"You!" Annelise turned pointing her finger at Cora!
Cora held her hands up in defense, " I swear, I didn't do it" she said, with tears coming to her eyes.
Annelise turned to me shocked, "Essie!?" I just started laughing harder. "Oh my gosh!" Annalise exclaimed.
At this point all four of us were rolling on the ground, laughing our heads off. We couldn't get up. One of the teachers walked by, took one look at us and started laughing too. And then another teacher did the same thing. And soon we had a crowd of kids and teachers alike, laughing because we were laughing. Nobody knew what a joke was except for us four. But all that mattered is that it was so funny there were people on the ground. Finally Maeve got a hold of herself. She started waving all the kids away. And told the teachers that the bell was going to ring soon. So everybody cleared away. We were left with us four.
"That was a pretty good prank." Cora stated. We all agreed told each other that we were going to meet between each period at our lockers. That way would be easier to talk and share stories. And of course, meet up for lunch. But yeah, that was a pretty good way to start the day, thanks School.
