Sadie Sink

Two boys sat in a moving car, bobbing their heads to half alive's "the fall". One of them was about 21 years old and the other was around 18. The younger boy was named Y/N and was an aspiring actor, albeit a small one... That is until he was offered the opportunity to audition for a role in Stranger Things 3; Damien Buckley who was seemingly Robin's little brother. From the little he was told,Y/N knows that Damien eventually joins the party after getting close to Max Mayfield.

"You okay now?" Ivan,Y/N's older brother asked.

"In all honesty,I thought blasting some music could help me calm down" the teen said, practice script still in hand. "but I'm really just getting distracted which is just making me even more nervous"

"Chill out,man" Ivan rolled his eyes. "you'll be fine"

"Yeahhh I doubt that" Y/N bounced his leg as he spoke. He was really nervous and he couldn't be blamed for it; Stranger Things was a huge show and this could either help or damage his career. The thought alone terrified him as he ran his hands through his hair.

"Alright, we're here"

"Wait,what?!" He looked around and sure enough, they'd arrived. "Man, I'm not ready at all"

"Bullshit" Ivan rolled his eyes. "I've seen you practice day and night,plus you switch roles and start improv acting within a second outta nowhere. You were born for this shit, now get out there"

Y/N let out a deep breath before nodding to his brother, grabbing his backpack and script before heading towards the studio.

"Holy shit..." Y/N was mesmerized by being around an actual film studio. Everything looked completely otherworldly to him. He was so carried away by his surroundings, he didn't notice someone walking towards him till they collided.

"Oh shit! I'm so sorry..." He immediately went to apologize but stopped midway as he recognized the red hair and blue eyes in front of him.

Sadie Sink.

"No, I'm sorry" Sadie immediately apologized, realizing the boy had dropped his script on the floor. "oh, you're here to audition?"

"Y-yeah" he still seemed hypnotized.

"Here you go" Sadie picked up the script and handed it to him.

"Thanks" he said to her, scratching his neck.

"You're welcome" the redhead smiled at him. "Good luck"

The actress walked away before he could manage a reply.

'No way,man... No fucking way' he thought as he made his way more into the building carefully.

"Y/N L/N is up next"

After a very nerve wracking wait, it was finally his turn. Playing with the drawstrings on his blue hoodie,he slowly made his way towards the small room with a table in the middle of it. Behind the table sat Shawn Levy as well as Matt and Ross Duffer.

"Hey,Y/N" Shawn smiled. "How ya feeling?"

"Extremely nervous" Y/N nodded. "It's my first time auditioning for a show this big"

"That's understandable" Shawn said. "Just give your best and that's all that matters"

"Alright" he nodded and let out a shaky breath.

"How about we do the scene where Damien and Robin find out about Steve and Dustin's plan? I'll read the lines for Robin" Matt says.

"Okay," Y/N looked at his own script.

"Ready?"

Y/N nodded.

"That was great!" Matt smiled and Ross nodded in agreement.

"Now,real quick,Y/N" Ross spoke up. "Can we try something?"

"Of course" The teen nodded. Matt then made a quick call asking someone to come in.

In a few minutes, the door opened and in walked Sadie Sink.

'Oh no...'

"You said to come see you-" Sadie stopped mid sentence as her eyes landed on the boy in the middle of the room. "Oh, it's you!"

"You know each other?" Shawn asked.

"Kinda" Y/N nodded.

"Sadie,we need you to run some lines with Y/N here if that's okay" Matt said.

"Of course" Sadie said, picking up the script and turning towards the boy. " We didn't exactly meet properly last time. hi, I'm Sadie Sink"

"Y/N L/N" he shook her outstretched hands and the redhead could tell that he was still nervous.

"Hey," she smiled. "It happens to everyone, you'll do great"

"Alright,so we'll start from the scene where Max and Damien meet at scoops ahoy " Matt said.

"You ready?" Sadie asked. The boy nodded.

"That was great!" Ross said. "I thought you said you were nervous"

"I still am" Y/N said. "I don't even know how I did that"

"And thank you Sadie for helping us out with this" Ross continued.

"Of course," Sadie said,then gave the teen next to her a smile before leaving.

"You can leave now,Y/N" Shawn says. "We'll call you back in about an hour to tell you how you performed"

"Thank you so much" Y/N nodded before leaving the room. The moment he got out, he bolted towards his brother.

Sorry if this isn't proofread or anything. I typed at least half of this while being half awake.
Also the idea for this chapter was birthed from the first chapter of roguestranger4 oneshot.

Hopefully my version isn't that bad.
