"It's done."

"... ... huh."

Koi was afraid that his voice would tremble and quickly cleared his throat.

"thank you."

"okay."

Ashley responded briefly and this time put on her skate shoes. Her koi asked as she watched her quickly get the job done, unlike the one she had been carefully tying her koi's string with.

"Since when did you start skating?"

Ashley responded, heading out to the rink first.

"Well, 4 years old?"

"what?"

When the startled voice came out, Ashley had already gone that far. Koy sat on her bench and watched Ashley tirelessly gliding around on her ice. As a test, he walked around the wide rink and soon returned to his original position and stood in front of Koi again.

"Come on, let's get on it too."

Ashley held out her hand. Koi took a deep breath and gathered his courage to stand up. At that moment, Ashley quickly grabbed her arm as she struggled.

"Thank you."

"you're welcome."

After speaking lightly, Ashley held both of Koi's hands and stepped back. Following his lead, Koi slowly moved forward one step at a time. And that was when he finally stood on the ice with his own two legs.

"Ugh!"

"Koy!"

Koi sat down with a scream. Her entire body was stuck on the ice, but fortunately her hands were unharmed. She owed it to Ashley to hold her tight.

"Koy, it's okay. Now, I'll hold you, so take your time... ... ."

Ashley bent down and supported him, helping him stand up little by little. Koi tried to stand up on his own, but his body did not respond as he expected. Every time he tried to put his feet on the rink, the blade would slip and his leg would go down, and the skate blade that he managed to get up would often end up on its side.

After repeating this a couple of times, Koi completely lost confidence.

How on earth are you supposed to dance wearing something like this?

Can I join the cheerleading team like this? If so, what is my extra activity score? If you don't meet the score, you will miss out on college admissions. No matter how much you don't have money, being frustrated because you're poor and struggling is completely different from being unable to do something because you don't have the skills. Will I end up frustrated without being able to even step foot in college like this?

Even with Ashley's help, everything seemed like a long shot as he couldn't stand properly on the ice and kept falling. As his vision became blurry, his expression gradually hardened. It was then.

"Koy, koi, koi."

Ashley called my name one after another. As if she was going to come to her senses. He looked at Koi's face, which suddenly fell into panic, and spoke calmly.

"It's okay, don't worry. I will help you, you can do it."

Ashley spoke gently and soothingly, but Koi quickly became tearful and shook his head.

"can not... ... ."

I was so frustrated at how foolish I was that I even cried. She seemed to get emotional more quickly because she had the affectionate Ashley in front of her. She thought of all the events of the past for no reason, and words filled with resentment flowed from her mouth.
