I don't know what it is with my parents being so secretive about these certain vitamins, that I've been asked to eat regularly for the past 12 years, ever since I hit puberty,for now I'm 21, studying in Michigan University.
But I know better than to defy them, because they maybe strict, but without them I wouldn't be able to succeed in life.
"Auraaaaa!!!!! How many times did I tell you that you must not leave your vitamins on the table top for the world to see!?. These took us a hefty amount to buy, you better keep them safe and eat them regularly." Shouted a very angry mama from the dining room.
"Oopsie! I'll be there in a minute mama, just applying the perfume you got me!"
I covered up, even though I was still in bed wondering about the vitamins.
I don't know why i even take them, just to obey my parents maybe..
What's the worst that could happen if I don't take em..? Ya sure I could die any minute now, but let's exclude that for now.
But I don't wanna take any chances...
"You better get your lazy ass downstairs or mama would find a hundred years to torture you for not taking care of your belongings " yelled Brian, my younger brother who was the closest thing to a bestfriend I had.
"You motherfucker! I bet it was you, who pointed out the vitamin bottle lying on the table top to mama!" I said in a playful tone.
"Ha! Serves you right for showing Amaya my embarrassing childhood pictures!"said Brian flexing his muscles and brushing his hair.
" But she's your girlfriend, she's supposed to see these things. You should be thankful I didn't email these to your highschool bully, what was his name again, Landon or what?" I said laughing silently.
"It was so embarrassing talking to her after that, she brought up my peanut butter costume picture and I couldn't say shit to her. And bitch you better don't do that shit with Brandon, yes BRANDON! Not Landon lol." Brian laughed out at the mention of his name.
" God,the kid is obsessed with you, he keeps on asking for your number ever since you drive me to school on the day mum's car broke down." Brian said
"Remind me never to drive you again to school, and if i ever have to, remind me to get a clown costume on the way"I said ignorantly
We both burst out laughing
"I swear he's asked me for your number a thousand times and if you got a guy. One day being so fed up, I gave him dad's number and he said he'd dial it on the day you drive me to school after introducing himself." Said Brian laughing silently.
"Get the fuck out! No way you gave him dad's number! I love you so much"we laughed devilishly.
"Auraa! Vitamins, NOW!!" Screamed mama from the kitchen.
"Shit i better go, or else I'm dead." I said in a whisper
But I don't Know what took over me, I threw the bottle of vitamins out the window, curious as hell.,
