Dreams of Reality

Kris's P.O.V

I don't know how describe how I feel, it feels as if I'm underwater but I can breathe. Like something big and heavy is being pressed down on my chest yet as if there was nothing there at all

'What's going on? I could've sworn that I was fighting with sans and Flowey just now. Did we fail? No that doesn't seem right, I remember grabbing Frisks soul but then everything goes black. did i some how absorb Frisks soul?'

I cracked open my eyes, all I could see was a light shining about me, almost like a search light.

'What's that'

At this point my eyes were completely open and I managed to move my body around freely, while I was staring at the light I noticed something surrounding the light. It looked like something thin and it was moving around freely

'What the hell is that?'

My question was answered soon enough when one of them at break neck speed had approached me and wrapped itself around my hand, it was a bright red glowing string! I grabbed the string and managed to rip it off but then dozens of other red strings came flying

'Their Trying To Control Me!'

I dodged as much as I could, any strings that managed to grab me I rip off. But no matter how many I avoid and rip apart they just kept coming

'Now that I have Frisks soul the game is desperately trying to take control of me in order to let player interact with the Undertale. I can't let that happen! There's no way in hell I'd let myself be used like some puppet!'

It seemed like I was dodging and ripping the strings for hours, I had a few close calls from time to time but I was getting exhausted and the strings started catching me more times than I was comfortable with. Then one of the strings managed to wrap itself around my neck and I suddenly heard a voice

???:"You Will let the player continue! You Abomination!"

I grabbed the string around my neck and ripped it off as I backed away

'Who's voice was that? They said let player continue- then that's who I've been up against! This whole time I've been fighting against Fate!'

Again another string grabbed my arm but this time another grabbed my other arm, suddenly I was surrounded by multiple strings. Some of them had turned black, I  was being wrapped in strings as I felt my consciousness begin to fade

'N-no...no way...No way am i...'

3rd P.O.V

Kris was scene wrapped in a ball of stings as he began to lose his strength until he noticed a small glowing light appear in front of him

Kris:' H-huh? what's...that?'

As Kris's eyes began to focuses he realized what- or better yet who was in front of him

Kris:" Akumu? is that you?"

Sure enough it was the infamous partner in crime of Betty, the other half of Bettys soul that she had removed from herself, Kumu nodded with a smile

Kris:" this means that my soul also split in half, makes sense- i did feel like i was about to explode earlier. Well at least I'm not alone here"

Kris had summoned his scythe and sighed

Kris:" What do you think kumu? think we got a chance against a goddess of all thigs?"

Kumu nodded while Kris tilted his head and gave a smile, before Kris could ask suddenly kumu had began to glow even brighter and suddenly he had flown into kris's scythe and merged with his blade
