Chapter 8: Akari explodes N

Gemmy was fishing when N exploded again.

It was a rather peaceful day. No one had punched anyone, no one had gotten their finger bit by a fish. (That was funny.)

As Gemmy stared up at N, he wondered why he was here and how to escape.

N screamed, "WHY MEEEEE?!?!?" As he smashed into the roof of the cave.

Akari yelled, "Sorry!" as she ran towards N with her machine gun in her hands.

"WHY DID YOU SHOOT ME IN THE LEG?!" Yelled N.

"IT WAS AN ACCIDENT! THERE WAS A FLY ON YOUR LEG!"

"COULDN'T YOU HAVE JUST, OH, I DON'T KNOW, JUST LET IT BE?"

"I HATE BUGS, MAN!"

"DOESN'T JUSTIFY YOUR CAAAAAAASE!"

The last words were when N fell from the cave to the ground.

Uzi rushed over to N. "Yo, you good, dude?"
N gaped. "NO, I JUST GOT SHOT IN THE LEG!!!"

Akari shrugged. "Reasonable. Let me see that leg."

N shakily held out his leg.

It was, well, bleeding, but the bullet had only grazed his leg.

"PLEASE HELP" Yelped N, closing his eyes like it was the end of the world.

"Calm down, man. it's only a minor wound."

N gaped again, that was getting old. "A MINOR WOUND?!? I WAS JUST SHO-"

Akari rolled his eyes.

"This is nothing compared to what I've faced. You wanna see this wound I got-"

Gemmy interrupted. "Um-no."

Akari punched him, grinning. "Wuss."

N yelped. "WHOLESOME BONDING LATER, N LEG NOW?!?"

Akari frowned, put a bandage on N's leg, and moved on with her day.

Everyone else did too, even when N called for medical attention.

They went about their day until N's screaming got louder.

Akari used the tape.

Later, Akari and Uzi were on the side of the cave, which had this view of the ocean.

"Nice to meet ya, Uzi. Haven't got to talk with you much." Said Akari, grinning.

"Most people would call that an accomplishment." Said Uzi.

Akari laughed. "You're pretty funny."

"Thanks." Said Uzi with a faint smile.

"So, do you like Gemmy?" Grinned Akari, suddenly going into her fangirl mode."

Uzi blushed. "W-what? What makes you think that?"

Akari fiddled with a pocket knife, which was probably not safe, but she enjoyed doing it.

"Oh, c'mon, Uzbekistan, spit it out!"

Uzi gave Akari a rock hard stare.

"One, never call me that again, and two, no, please no."

Akari stuck out her tongue. "You're no fun."

"You called me fun two minutes ago."

"Past is the past."

Uzi rolled her eyes. Then, she smiled evilly. She had an idea.

"Well, what about you?" she asked slyly.

Akari gave her a confused look. "What do you mean?"

"Do you like Gemmy?" Asked Uzi, snickering.

Akari dropped her pocket knife, sending it into N's injured leg.

N screamed, but Akari couldn't hear it. Her ears had blood pumping through it like crazy. She also bet that she probably looked like she had jumped into a strawberry jam factory.

"Um-well-I-um-so-"

Uzi doubled over in laughter, while simultaneously howling, "GOT YA" multiple times.

Akari drove her hands into her face, embarrassed. This was more embarrassing than the time she had hiccuped in the middle of the Remembrance Day silence. She had gotten quite a few dirty looks.

Uzi sat back up, a wide grin just like Akari's on her face. (You know, usually.)

"Oh, man, I guessed it, didn't I?"

Akari didn't know what to say. She was so flustered, she didn't know what to say.

Thankfully, the sea of sodas did it for her.
