Ada slept the previous night with no problems at all. For the first time in a while, she felt at home and in place.
She woke up from her alarm clock ringing on her bedside table. Today, at 8:30, she would be going to school for the first time, but she couldn't help but feel worried about what her new school would be like.
Carlisle had already bought her school supplies in advance, and had even gifted her a bright red Mercedes for a homecoming gift. She couldn't feel more blessed.
Esme had also laid out a fluffy white dress for her to wear, which was set next to the bathtub in her bathroom. Ada threw herself in the shower and tugged the dress over her body hastily, running a comb through her dirty blond hair as she did so.
She opened the front door and rushed out to the garage after saying goodbye to the Cullens, pulling open the front door of the Mercedes and igniting the engine. The car rumbled as she reversed down the long driveway.─── · 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───
The high school was larger than what Ada had expected, she couldn't help but admire the building as she drove into the slick parking lot. As she parked her Mercedes towards the front of the school, she noticed the stares of students gathering towards the front door.
Walking in the same direction as the other students, she thought about how out of place she must be with her bright red Mercedes-Benz compared to the other cars in the lot. It was no wonder she was getting attention from the others, and with her being a Cullen, the news must have spread quickly in the small town.
She opened the front doors and followed the signs to the main office, the door creaked noisily in the quiet room.
"How can I help you?" A woman asked, her voice seemed tired. She wore a pair of black rimmed glasses and her brown hair was tied up in a tight bun.
"I'm here to get my schedule," Ada told her, pushing her bag farther up on her back. "My name is Ada. Ada Cullen."
The name seemed to roll right off her tongue, but it tasted bitter in her mouth.
"Sure, give me one second." The lady stood up from her desk into a sideroom, coming back a minute later.
She set a manilla folder in front of Ada. "Here's your schedule and your locker information."
Ada grabbed the folder off of the desk, placing it between her side and her arm. She smiled at the woman before retreating towards the office door.
"If you have any troubles, feel free to come by." The woman said before Ada stepped out of the office.AN: Chapter Four of The Cullen Sister is finally out! Thanks for reading, vote and comment! <3
