~grian pov ~
Hello I'm grian and I'm 22 yrs old I'm a parrot hybrid or if you want an avian. I'm one of the few left since there is an organization that takes hybrids and experiments or kill them
I currently am in one of the facilities I'm the only avian here.. I got captured when I was 7..
I met a few hybrids 2 lama hybrid named Scott and Owen, these two are best friends and I also met pearl! She's a dove avian but she got shipped out.. We all got separated when I was 15 (same for pearl) mainly because I did not let anyone get close to any of my friends so they had to separate me from them... And since they shipped the only other avian here (pearl) they only had me which mean they put me in a 'high security cell 'they also chained my neck to the wall, I had to spend 6years more now in this cell, I'm now 22 I think.
I feel like something is going to happen soon tho (pesky senses)
~the next day~
I woke up when I heard an alarm which mean some hybrids escaped, good for them.
*footsteps and voices*
Someone's here?thats new
~??? Pov~
"Mumbo are all the hybrids in here out of the building?" I asked mumbo
"yep X! Everyone is out but I haven't been in this zone yet" replied mumbo pointing to another hallway
"okay can you call etho and doc here please? "I asked mumbo
" yeah sure "said mumbo will leaving to get etho and doc here
Once everyone is here we went to search the other cells..
All of them are empty only one left.
~grian pov~
Someone started to open the door
'who is it!? Are they going to hurt me??' I started panicking
"hello?" the person in the doorway said.
I remained quiet
"hi I'm Xisuma but call me X and these are some of my friends, there are even hybrids with us" this X-eye-suma person said trying to reassure me.
"I.. I'm. Gr. Grian" I replied with a soar throat.
"well hello grian would you like to come with us and escape?" X said..
My mind at war if I should trust them or not... After some time I choose to go with them because I prefer to try and escape than stay in this hell of a cell
"o-Kay" I said
"okay can you walk on your own?"
"ch-chains" I said trying to indicate to the chains at my neck. They probably didn't see them because of how dark it is in this room.
"chains? - oh.. I see now..... Hey Etho can you pass me the chain cutter (idk how it's called) Said X
" yeah here you go " said this 'Etho' character ;}
Once Xisuma has cut the chains around my neck I tried to get up but I fell right back down... That's what happens when not using their legs for years.
"Woah there! Let's start slowly okay? Hmm maybe mumbo can pick you up?" X said
"I mean I can if it's okay with him?" said someone in the back
"are you okay to be picked up bud?"
Asked X, I nodded
"Okay mumbo can you come pick him up?" asked X to mumbo
"yep on it" said mumbo coming out from behind the group of individuals
He came in front of me and picked me up like I was weighing 5seeds.
I immediately feel comfortable and feel like passing out but I keep stopping myself to sleep
"you can sleep you know?" the person named etho said.
"yeah we'll wake you up when we get to our base." said Xisuma
After this I immediately pass out cold
~Mumbo pov~
"Well that was fast " said doc
"yeah.." replied etho
"wait he's already asleep???" I asked
"yep even faster than bdub" replied X.
"we should wake him up now since we're at the base?"I asked
" we can set him into a bed and let him sleep. I'll call a meeting once he's awake for him to meet everyone "replied X
" yeah that's a good idea "doc said
I set grian into one of Xisuma guest room's bed
~grian pov~
I woke up
It's too bright
I hear footsteps
And voices
" bright... "I said as my head start to hurt
" oh sorry I'll turn it down "(yeah bcs they need to see duh '-')
The bright light is gone now I can open my eyes normally.
" how are you? "it was X who was next to me and mumbo behind X
" I.. Guess I'm okay? "I said replying to X's question
" I'm going to call a meeting with everyone so you can meet everyone here okay? "
It shouldn't be a lot of people righttt?

" yeah.. Okay"i replied to x
"okay I'll come get you when everyone is here okay just stay in here if you want" said X
I nodded
After some time X came into the room..
"you can come out gri everyone is here"
"oh. Okay.." I got up and nervously walked out
"it's okay you don't have to be nervous everyone is nice here"
I nodded again and hid behind X as we were about to enter the room full of people
"hey guys! We have a new person here!" X said raising his voice so everyone could hear him
"wait really!?"
"who is it?"
"an hybrid"
"a girl or a boy?"
A lot of questions I looked at the crowd... A lot more people than I imagined
"his name's grian" X said
"where is he?"
Someone said
X realized I was hiding behind him I slightly pushed me in front of him
"H-h. Hi" I said. 'stop stuttering. Why am I stuttering!?'
A bunch of hello's and hi just erupted from the crowd
~??? Pov~
X introduced the new hermit to us but I couldn't see what they looked like but his voice was familiar,
I pushed through the crowd and started to see mostly red wings with a bit of yellow and blue.. Once I was at the front of the crowd I could finally see the face of this mysterious new hermit
"Grian?..."
~grian pov ~
I heard my name being called and looked at the person who called me.
"Pearl!?"
I saw the person I considered as my sister who got separated from me right in front of me.. 'is she really here!?'
Pearl ran up to me and tackled me into a hug
"what happened to you!?" pearl asked me with a worried look on her face
"I was... In a cell but what happened to you when they took you pearl I was so worried about you?"
"don't worry a bunch of the hermits intersected the 'delivery' as they called it" replied pearl
"okay what is happening?"
" Do you guys know each other?" asked X and another guy with a scar on his face
"so I present you grian he/him adopted emotional brother, we were in the same facility before being shipped and being freed by you guys" replied pearl
"oh okay make sense but what happened to grian after?" the scarred man said
I flinched when i started to remember what happened
"from what I know they restrained gri to get to me and took grian somewhere else in the facility" said pearl
"they 'punished' me, was just another word for torture really, and than locked me in a securised cell and only came to either beat me up or feed me a few seed if they were in a good mood." I replied explaining the best I could
"oh gri.." said pearl still hugging me but now tighter
"also my name's scar!" said the person named scar probably trying to change the subject
"let's get you all set up and then we'll give you a tour" said X
"okay!" I replied

I had to take multiple breaks for this and I couldn't do a lot since I write in my free hours at school
