"Alright, let's retreat," I told Haruka.

"Hm? After you told me to never give up, I should retreat? Isn't that stupid?" She answered me.

I sighed.

I guess I will just have to conserve my energy for now.

"Fufufufufufu, how long did you think that barrier could hold me?"

She destroyed the barrier in 2 minutes...

"Meteor Swarm!" Violet yelled.

A bunch of beams made of Nihility magic came crashing down.

Me and Haruka barely dodged the attack.

I can't risk damaging myself in an already unfavourable position.

Whatever, I will just use a magic attack.

"Rising Sun." I chanted.

A giant ball of fire appeared on the ground.

It raised upwards and hit violet.

This distracted Violet for a while which allowed for my next attack.

"Unleashed prism."

Before she can react, A Prism of the time element is created around Violet.

It closes in on her and explodes.

The smoke clears and Violet is slightly wounded.

Wow, I did damage for the first time.

She shot a barrage of energy balls at me but Haruka used [Haze] to reduce her accuracy letting me dodge the attacks easily.

Haruka went behind Violet and created an Ice spear of 10 meters.

I believe she called this attack 'Al Huma'.

She threw it at Violet who noticed it at the last second and dodged it.

However, I
reflected the ice spear at her by using a magic sword.

It didn't do any damage but knocked her back to the ground.

Not letting her react one bit, I rushed at her and sliced at her.

It slightly damaged her.

Now she was pissed.

She raised her hand to attack me with a point-blank Nihility blast but Haruka's [Mother's barrier] protected me.
