Backstory: His mother (Cerulean) was the royal advisor of Queen Coral. Everyone in the Sea kingdom knew who he was even before he was born because of this. When he was born, everyone noticed he was different. As he grew up, he would disappear and reappear seconds later. His mother wasn't worried because she knew who his father was. Others were. And one time he went hunting, he killed the prey with venom. A lot of people were worried, but others were fine with it.
Personality: He is really friendly and happy to be friends with anyone and is totally loyal to his friends as long as his friends don't betray him
