While in the mha universe Inko Midoriya has gone into labor with her son. Her husband Hisashi Midoriya is rushing to the hospital to be with her. However he arrives just in time their son was born however he wasn't moving.
Doctor: Shit the infant doesn't have a pulse! Move it the infant is dying!
Inko: OH MY GOD MY BABY!
Hisashi: WHATS WRONG WITH MY SON?!
Nurse: Sir please I understand your beyond worried. Just please try to stay calm.
While the doctors are working. They don't realize the child doesn't have a soul. Which Gojo and Sukuna notice.
Gojo: I think he will work.
Sukuna: I want his body.

The two souls are thinking on how to settle this argument. Until Gojo comes up with a perfect solution.
