Epilogue: Home is where the heart is.

Six months later

"My love?" Jungkook called out as he entered their apartment in Busan after a long day at work, his heart restless to see the face of the love of his life.

"In the kitchen, honey." The mellifluous voice yelled from the kitchen, making Jungkook smile fondly as he made his way to the kitchen.

Jungkook was met with a beautiful sight in the kitchen. His love, the owner of the honey-like voice, his Jiminie, was making dinner as he hummed a tune to himself, his hips swaying a little. He had his back turned towards Jungkook, giving Jungkook the opportunity to admire him to his heart's content. It was all so domestic and lovely that it made Jungkook feel emotional.

Sensing someone standing at the kitchen door, Jimin turned his head, his eyes sparkling at having found his favourite person.

"Welcome home, Kookie." Jimin said smiling breathtakingly, making Jungkook's heart soar.

Jungkook hurriedly made his way towards Jimin, not being able to be away from him for any longer, and embraced him in a tight backhug, his arms wrapping protectively around Jimin's waist.

"I missed you so much baby." Jungkook said as he repeatedly kissed Jimin's shoulder.

"So happy to be back home to you." Jungkook whispered as he kissed Jimin's neck, trailing kisses up his neck and stopping at his ear.

"Couldn't stop thinking about you." Jungkook whispered, his voice dangerously husky, as he sucked on Jimin's ear, making Jimin shudder, a scarlet blush blooming on his face.

"G-Ggukie..." Jimin stuttered, his heart stuttering in his chest, his mind lost in Jungkook's touches.

Jungkook turned Jimin around in his hold, making him face him. Jungkook's heart swooned at noticing Jimin's pretty blush and flustered expression. Ah, his Jiminie was so beautiful.

"You're so beautiful, love." Jungkook whispered, his eyes swimming with love and devotion for Jimin, making Jimin's heart skip a beat.

Jungkook leaned in to lock his lips with Jimin, never being able to resist Jimin. Jimin was pliant to his touches, kissing back softly. The kiss that was innocent and sweet, soon turned intense as Jungkook licked Jimin's bottom lip, asking for permission which Jimin readily gave. Jungkook licked into Jimin's mouth, savouring and swallowing all of Jimin's moans and whimpers. Jungkook sucked on Jimin's tongue, making Jimin clench onto Jungkook's shirt. They kissed sharing their passionate love, till they couldn't breathe and had to pull away to fill their lungs with air.

"I love you so much." Jungkook said, pecking Jimin's lips over and over again.

"I love you so much too." Jimin said, peppering kisses all over Jungkook's face, making Jungkook laugh with utmost adoration, fondness and endearment.

After that, Jimin went back to cooking dinner, while Jungkook went back to backhugging Jimin. Jimin eventually had to shoo Jungkook away so that he could change into comfortable clothes, as Jungkook whined and protested to hold Jimin some more. Jimin finally succeeded to convince Jungkook, making Jungkook sulk and pout as he made his way to their bedroom.

Once entering into their bedroom, Jungkook took in a deep breath, trying to calm his nervous heart. Something felt heavy in his coat pocket, making Jungkook feel more aware of what he was about to do. Jungkook had a very special present planned for his Jiminie, something that was making him feel very jittery and anxious. But Jungkook knew that he had to do it, he couldn't chicken out this time. Today was the day.
