"My dear-" Dumbledore was cut off by Remus threatening growl "Miss. Potter, they did not kidnap you. It was all just a small misunderstanding" Heaven looked at him in disbelief "Misunderstanding?! I'm pretty sure when someone enters your house, grabs you, brings you somewhere without telling you anything while you fight and scream is kidnapping. So I will ask you again. Why. Did. You. Bring. Me. Here" she grounded out

"For your marriage of course" Dumbledore smiled like it was normal to tell a 16 almost 17 year old that she was kidnapped to get married "MARRIAGE!" Heaven, The Weasley's (beside Ron and Molly) and Remus exclaimed in confusion, anger and disbelief

"You better start talking old man. What the hell do you mean by marriage?" Heaven snapped glaring at him, her eyes glowing a faint green, that you have to look close to see. Before Dumbledore could say anything Fudge stepped up 

"Ms. Potter, why are you questioning this? You agreed to this marriage last week" Heaven head snapped towards him "I what?" she asked dangerously taking a step towards Fudge who took one back "You signed off on it last week." He held out a paper

Heaven snatched it  from him and read it with Remus reading it over her shoulder "You would think for fully grown wizards" Heaven looked up at Fudge with a glare "You would know when something is forged or not!" she yelled

"W-What ever d-do you mean Miss. Potter?" Fudge looked at the people nervously as the reporters took many pictures. Tom took a step closer confused and angry about what was going on, the only reason he's here was because Heaven agreed to be his wife "If you would actually look at the letter you would have seen it only says Heaven Rose Jamie Potter, on top of that it doesn't even have my magical signature anywhere on it!" 

"Miss. Potter" McGonagle  stepped forward wanting to calm her lion cub down "Take deep breaths. Focus on your breathing" Remus lays a hand on her shoulder, Heaven closes her eyes and take two deep breaths before opening them again, her eyes back to emerald green "I'm fine" Heaven muttered to her dad before turning back to Fudge and Dumbledore not before sending a nod to her head of house 

"Explain"  

"I think I can explain" Heaven looked at Tom with wide eyes, he looked to be in his early 20's, maybe 22. Black hair that fell into his eyes, eyes that were light brown, pink lips. He looked nothing like the snake face Voldemort she met last year at the minster "Riddle" Heaven muttered pushing Remus towards the Weasleys

Heaven eyed him up and down wondering how the hell he changed from the snake version of him, to this... this handsome guy before her "Explain then" she demanded making everyone breath hitch but Tom only smirked "We have come to agreement, for the peace of the wizarding world. You were supposed to agree, that's why I'm here" Tom shot a glare at Dumbledore knowing he had something to do with this 

"And that agreement was?" Although she had a feeling she already knew what it was. She was just hoping she was wrong "Our marriage of course" Tom sighed, he really didn't think Heaven wouldn't know "Everyone has already signed expect you" He nodded at Lucius who brought forth the contract. Heaven took the contract and read it over 

It stated that as long as both parties are willing, to the marriage there would be no war. They had to marry in 8 hours once signed and have an heir for their family line to continue. As long as all is met, there would be peace. Heaven scoffed seeing Tom, Dumbledore and Fudge already signed the contract 

She looked up at them with a glare "If you think I'm going to sign this, then your crazy" she shoved the contract back to Lucius as the people in the room gasped shocked that their savior wouldn't do this for them 

"My dear girl. You must do this, it will bring peace to our world. The world you parents died protecting" Dumbledore said, the dark and neutral families glared at the headmaster for the disrespect 

"My parents died protecting me" Heaven snapped "Not for this world, they couldn't care less for this world! And for you to point out that they did die, should give you a good reason as to why I won't marry him" Heaven looked at everyone "He killed my parents! I became an orphan because of him, sent to an abusive household because of him!" she turned to Tom "You killed my brother, in front of me not even two years ago. You tried to kill me since I stepped foot into this school" 

Heaven looked back at everyone shaking her head "And you think I'm going to marry him just for you guys to be at peace?! No, I'm not doing it. I will not let you guys uses me as a piece in a game, I am done with you guys using me" 

"Miss. Potter, we do not use you" Fudge denied chest pushed out like a peacock hoping to prove her wrong only to get shut down "No? So the kids in first year didn't turn on me when I lost 200 points for my house only to turn around and love me again because I won the house cup" The kids there who were in first year with Haven lowered their head ashamed "They also didn't turn on me in second year when it was discovered I could speak parseltongue? Calling me evil when I didn't know what the hell parseltongue was? Only again, for them to turn back around and call me their hero" 

The parents of the students were giving their kids looks wondering why they were only hearing about this now "How about in 4th year when I was entered again me will, into a death tournament forced to compete to keep my magic only to have my brother die in front of me before I was tortured, by you" Heaven glared at Tom who swallowed seeing the pain in her eyes "And then called an attention seeking slut and bashed in the newspaper while the adults sat around and did nothing?" 

Everyone was silent, even the reporters stopped taking pictures though their quills were still writing "And last year when It was finally proven he really is back you all turned to me, wanting to save you? Well why the hell should I save any of you?! When you damned me to life of abuse! I'm not some puppet you can play with when it suits you! You all seem to forget that I never asked for the title of Girl-Who-Lived, or you Savior! You all seem to forget I'm just a 16 year old unless it's to insult me! I'm done!" 

Heaven yelled turning her back to them and stalking towards the door when a voice calls out to her

So In this book, Heaven started school when she was 12, her birthday is being changed so when she turned 11, the school year already started. And no this won't affect the prophies, which you will find out why later!
