Naruto: Don't be too alarmed, he's nothing but a fake.
Tobi would look down on Naruto with his one-narrowed eye.
Tobi: What makes you think that-
Naruto & Tobi: That I am a fake?!
Tobi, along with the other Kage, were surprised at Naruto saying the exact same sentence as Tobi at the same time as he spoke.
Naruto: Look "Madara", if you try to wage war on us or anyone allied with me, you're gonna regret it. Plus, that plan of yours won't bring "her" back.
Tobi's eye would widen before narrowing in anger as he looked at Naruto.
Tobi: I don't know how you acquired that information, but don't think you will win this, Uzumake Naruto!
Naruto: I don't need to think, cause I already know that I will win.
Tobi would look at the other Five Kage before smirking underneath his mask.
Tobi: Anyways, I came here to declare war on the Five Great Nations and to inform all of you that the Akatsuki will prevail and take all of the Tailed Beast for our one and true goal!
Tsunade: And what will that be?
Before Tobi could answer, Naruto would beat him to it.
Naruto: He plans on bringing back the Juubi(Ten-Tails)!
Tobi: How do you know that?!
Naruto: If you bring that beast here, it'll only cause mass destruction and endless chaos to this world(That's until I take care of it of course, but they won't know that till later on.)! You can't control it.
Tobi: TCH!! Screw this! I hereby declare the start of the 4th Great Ninja War on all of you! Prepare Great Nations, cause we will strike hard and heavy.
Tobi would disappear in a swirling vortex, leaving a quiet room. Then, Naruto would stand up and open a portal.
Tsunade: Where are you going?
Naruto: Back to my Village. I have to get things settled and prepared for this war. But, I'll also send the necessary resources over to you guys so you can also prepare.
A: Right! We can't waste time sitting here doing nothing!
Mei: I agree. Let's return to our Villages and get ready for war.
Mifune: Do not count us Samurai out either. Whatever this "Juubi" is, I doubt it'll be anything good or benevolent. So, let's get started!
Tsunade would go over to Naruto and hug him tightly before pulling away.
Tsunade: Be careful, alright brat?
Naruto: Don't worry, Baa~Chan. Masked Boy wouldn't be able to kill me no matter how hard he tried.
Before Naruto left, he looked at Tsunade and left her with a final message.
Naruto: Also, tell Kakashi that he's gonna see an old friend of his very soon.
**Scene Change: Whirlpool Village**
After arriving back home, Naruto would tell everyone that the 4th Great Shinobi World War has been declared on everyone by the Masked Man from the Akatsuki. So, he had his entire army prepare themselves and ship out the necessary resources to their allied nations. However, once Naruto returned to his personal quarters, he was gifted with a beautiful sight.
