I decided to make a fluff chapter

Gregory's POV:

I was sitting on the couch watching TV as a small headache made it's appearance, making the back of my head throb in pain. Evan was sitting next to me, not paying much attention to his surroundings, as we were watching Killers of the flower moon. the movie was quite interesting itself. there was drama, it was a little suspenseful and I'm sure Evan liked the movie because he had a smile plastered across his face.

I got up and went to go get water. maybe I had this headache because I was dehydrated? Once I reached the kitchen to grab a glass of water Evan stopped the movie, got up and walked up to me.

"are you alright... Greg?" he asked with such a sweet and caring tone.

"yes, I'm alright Evan, I'm just a little thirsty." I reassured him.

"are you sure...? you look quite pale..." he said, glancing over at my glass of water.

"really? hm... well... I do have this small headache, but it's nothing, really" I told him to make sure he wasn't worried.

suddenly, there was dead silence...

"I'll take your temperature..." Evan said as he walked to the bathroom to go get the thermometer.

"eh, Evan you really don't-" I was suddenly cut off by Evan as he got back with the thermometer.

"Gregory, just shut up. I don't wanna hear your shit talking. now open your fucking mouth so I can take your temperature." Evan said, as his anger slowly circulated thru his veins.

honestly, this was the first time I heard Evan swear, and I was actually quite liking it. I opened my mouth as Evan placed the thermometer under my tongue. after a while, we were able to hear the beep from the thermometer.

'BEEP BEEP BEEP'

"... 100.4..." Evan said, I could tell he wasn't shocked.

"go to bed, I'll make you tea..." he said, quite demanding.

I nodded and did as I was told. once I was in my room, I sat down on the bed and yawned. I was tired...

"I'm back..." Evan said.

"thanks Ev." I said.

"no problem Greg, but I think you should maybe take these next few days to relax. don't overwork yourself."

"don't worry, I won't."

I laid down on the bed after drinking a few sips of my tea. I was tooken by surprise as Evan laid next to me and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"is this... alright?" he asked.

"yeah, it's okay..." I said wrapping my arm around him.

there was silence in the room, the only thing audible was his heartbeat... it was so quiet, and yet so strong...

"hey... Ev...?" 

"yeah?"

"I love you..."

dead silence...

"I love you too..."

if you are wondering why we haven't talked about the other characters yet (elizabeth, victoria ect...) it's because I'll be adding them later in the story.

I'll also be adding Cassidy cuz why not, I might also add more characters like Charlie, or the missing children.

funny thing is my sister's name is Cassidy
