11 red handed

DongJin.

Waking up to use the restroom, he moves his bride over a little to make more room. 'What a night, fuck, what a couple of months' He's almost completed his service. 11 months done. Its not until he meets the girl on base that's visiting her brother, that his life changes. He's got to know more. He sets about becoming friends with the brother. Then asks about his family. The sister comes back for another visit and your new friend introduces you.

'Yeah she's pretty. I want her'. He only spares his long term girlfriend a second before he makes a move on this one. It's not long before they are calling themselves a couple. He's really fallen for her.

13 months, you come with his father to the base, it's a great day. You have to leave early though, you have a flight to catch. DongJin uses this opportunity to speak with his father. He tells him he wants to marry ASAP. That he's been a great recruit, working hard. That if his father were to pay for his early dischargement he would marry and then take his place within the family company and start giving him grandchildren. His father's weakness, family. He really likes your long term girlfriend and so does your mother and sister. She's clever, well travelled and has her own money. Its a great match. His father is envisioning his grandkids.

When he leaves he's says "leave it with me, I will make the arrangements. It may cost me a a years income but, I love you my son, you know I would do anything to make you and her happy". With that his plan is now in place. His father will secure his early release, he will get married and start having kids. Only thing is, your not his intended bride.

Surprisingly he is granted early leave. He tells no one of his plans, not his father, his new friend or you. His bride and him go to a court, he's had the paper work in place for a month. He takes his bride back to the apartment there they spend the next few days. On his way back from the bathroom, he looks for his phone. He can't find it. 'Oh well' he looks for his laptop. He can't fins  that either. Picking up his wife's phone he checks the time and then calls him phone. He must have it on silent.

Back to bed he goes.

It's only when his wife wakes him with a coffee and he starts his day that he realises his phone and laptop are not in the apartment. He's really confused.

"Bing Bong" the door bell sounds. Shocked because no one knows he's there, he cautiously walks over. His wife is in the shower. She doesn't know about his girlfriend.

"Bing Bong"

'Shit, she will hear I need to answer' He does. Opening the door he sees a guy in a suit.

"Lee DongJin?"

"Yeah? who wants to know?"

Ignoring his question, the man hands him an envelope and says. "This is your eviction notice, you have 24 hours. The key codes have been changed already". Then takes a picture DongJin holding the envelope and walks away. 'SHIT' he's pissed. Who saw him. Does anyone know. Shit he needs to call you. He needs to speak to his father. Shit. What's he going to tell his wife. He's sitting on the sofa when she come out of the bedroom. "What's wrong my love?" He has no choice, he tells her everything , I have a girlfriend, been with her for years. My dad paid for my early release. 

"This isn't my house!  We are being evicted. But it's OK. Because you love me, right?" The wife, screams "I married a liar and a cheat, your poor father and family. My father will hear about this. I'm going to be ostracised because of you" she lifted a vase from the coffee table. Just as she was about to throw it she stopped. "This isn't yours!" She puts it back.

She gets up, walks to the bedroom and gets dressed. Carrying her wedding dress in one hand and her small luggage case in the other she leaves. It's now, that DongJin starts to panic. Using the landline he calls a friend. "Bring me a new handset, I will pay you back. Get here fast"

Later in the day. DongJin has called you, left messages, called his dad, called his mum and sister. His father is furious. His mother is sick to her stomach. His dad tells him "your no son of mine, don't call back and don't come to me for help" His friend just sits there in pure amazement, trying to be supportive but also holding back his amusement he asks, "How could you think this was ok, how can you be such a prized ass?"  It's been 3 days and she haven't answered any of your messages or called him back.

For now, your friend is  letting you crash at his place. But he's told you, that you will need to find a job and somewhere else to live.

What a mess.
