There was a man. And there was a woman. And he killed her.
She was dead. Her body was cold. And there was blood on her face.
The trees were dark. And black. And cold. And I was there. Cold. And scared.
Her face had crosses on them, and her eyes were looking at nothing.
I looked up. I saw him.
I woke up. Was it a dream?

She studied the murder board. Looking for anything.
The body was confirmed to be an older man from Connecticut, with no connections to Rick, or anyone else in New York.
There was nothing. No traces in the car except Rick.
Whoever had taken him was good, but they weren't trying as hard as they could have. They could've covered it up enough to where she would believe he was dead. But they didn't. Why?
She glanced at her desk, rubbing her thumb absentmindedly along the rim of her coffee mug.
He could be anywhere. Where?
She looked back at the board with a new sense of energy.
They would find him. No matter what.
