"Just say sorry damn it!" Zenitsh cursedd, shaking Inosuke back and forth trying to get him to apologize to him and Tanjiro. Barrow sat farther away with Cale, taking out the journal he had find a while back.

"Hoh, now what does hyung have to say?" Cale asked, looking at the journal that was in Barrow's hands.

"I think it would be better for you to look at it yourself, but I'm pretty sure that it has something to do with them." Barrow replied back in a whisper tone, making sure the others couldn't hear him while handing over the journal to Cale.

Cale immediately flipped through the book and activated ' Record ' to read the contents of the journal. Right at that moment Zenitsu decided to take a look at Barrow however instead saw Cale's lifeless eyes due to him activating record.

Zenitsu immediately turned away in fear, He felt like crying looking at those lifeless eyes.

Knock, Knock!

Cale could hear a knock on the wall through all of the bickering and bantering of the main trio. Seeing no one open the door, Cale decided to close the journal and open the door.

"I've brought a physician to check your dear friends wounds." The old women said, letting the physician in.

"It seems that all three except the other two redheads have some broken bones but other than that it's nothing major." The physician concluded before packing his bags to leave.

"We can eat now right...?" Cale asked, staring at the table full of many types of food. Noticing there were no lemons or lemonade here made Cale even happier, now he won't have to suffer from the horrendous taste of lemons!

Barrow looked at Cale worriedly while Cale was smiling mischievously. What is he up to this time?! Was on Barrow's mind.

After everyone came to sit, Everyone started to chow down on their food. The first to finish were obviously Cale and Barrow leaving the main trio alone.

"Did you go through the whole book? I saw you close it midway while you were... hungry." Barrow asked walking down the hallway with Cale. Cale only nodded with a stoic expression.

"It's the work of the hunters isn't it? That's why mother and the rest of the gods didn't want us to cause too much trouble and show our powers to the world." Cale replied back, right on the spot on what the current situation was.

"Looking at that journal it seems to have been made by someone from this world but either the Thames or the gods put it in that estate for us to know the current issue." Barrow added on, taking the scarf on Cale's head off.

"So, how should we deal with this?" Cale thought out loud for a few minutes. Reading back to records from when he read the manga.

"Hmmm... Let's try to find more dead mana on the mountain when Tanjiro encounters his first lower moon." Cale suggested, already catching on the "black liquid" was in fact dead mana left behind by the hunters.

"It would be possible since there's gonna be a lot of death and despair happening at that mountain. Let's just hope we don't get caught in Tanjiro's problems" Barrow said, unknowingly jinxing both himself and Cale.

"I hope so too...". Cale said, shaking off the shivers he had gotten when Barrow brought up Tanjiro's first meeting with the Hashira's. It was not the best first encounter it was the worst ever.
