Anastasia and Daemon's dynamic has shifted, and she anticipated changes, just not this soon. One noticeable aspect is his changing moods; he can be present for days and then suddenly absent for two or three days. Anastasia has grown accustomed to this pattern.Since the episode regarding their baby's name, their communication has dwindled. She provides brief answers, avoiding prolonged eye contact, creating a noticeable distance between them.
On the flip side, she's delving deep into the book he gave her, exploring thousands of names and finding it challenging to pick her favorites.
They now find themselves in the rare moments where Daemon is near, even if they're not actively communicating. Her eyes practically widened in surprise when she stumbled upon a name that encapsulated everything she desired. She sought a name to honor her deceased brother with a Tully name, which isn't suitable for a Targaryen child. However, within the pages of the book, she discovered a combination that she believes works best for both of them.
Anastasia cleared her throat, "Daemon."
Daemon looked up from the ancient book he had in hand. "Yes?"
"I found a name for a boy, I think it is...perfect."
This seemed to catch his attention immediately. "Which one is it?"
"Daemax." A brief silence lingered before she continued, "I can call him Max for short. According to this book, there was only one man named Daemax years ago, a Celtigar. Dragonless, yet he was known as a good leader."
Anastasia couldn't read his expression even if she tried. He wasn't doing anything except looking at her.
"Well," he finally spoke, prompting Anastasia to adjust her posture. "It seems to me you've found a good name."
Relieved, Anastasia smiled. "Now, all I have to do is search for a girl's name, just in case we have a daughter."
Daemon nodded firmly and planted a kiss on her forehead.

The concept of time is a very rare thing for Anastasia.
Ever since she has been expecting days went by quickly. Now that she is seven months along, a whole day feels like an eternity. She is mostly tired all the time and when she is not tired, she is hungry.
Lady Anastasia wanted to be present for her friend's wedding. She had promised Lady Jeyne Rowan to attend to her wedding and that is exactly what she is doing.
She convinced Daemon to go. Daemon wasn't exactly that fond of weddings but he agreed nonetheless. He wanted to see Anastasia happy even if he thought it was a bad idea to go. Anastasia's feet often ache and occasionally swell, yet no one could dissuade her from attending the event.
