Hey, so, I'm new to Wattpad. This is my first 5SOS fanfiction. I just couldn't get the picture of shy, fluffy Michael with sweater paws out of my mind, so I decided to vent it out in the way I know best; writing.

This will be an OT4 eventually, but I can change that if you guys decide you don't like it because you feel like it doesn't fit the plot or for whatever reason. And if anyone would like to make a better cover for this, then please do 'cause mine didn't turn out how I wanted it.

So basically, Michael gets used a lot by his so-called 'friends' because of the money his parents have. It led to him always retreating into his shell and becoming timid and shy because he doesn't really want to make friends as he feels like they will leave him as soon as they get what they want from him (which they always do). But then his dad gets transferred to Sydney so they all move, giving Michael the chance to pretend that he is normal and has normal working-class parents, and well, Michael meets the lads.

I've made Michael the shortest and the youngest in this fic, because he is so fluffy and I can't get over it. If I ever get a kitten, I'll be naming him Michael. Oh, also, if you don't like bottom Michael, don't read, because he will be the bottom in this, and yes, there will be a bit of mature things going on even though it might not be in detail because I have never wrote smut before. I can try though, if you want that.

If anyone is even reading.

Well, enjoy!

"So, this is my house!"

"Really? Wow! It's so big! It's like a... Like a..."

"A mansion," seven year old Michael Clifford says proudly. "That's what mum says it's called."

"Can we go play your new video game?" The other seven year old, Jack, asks in excitement as they cross the threshold of the mansion.

Michael's face falls but he hides it by bending down to take his shoes off in the hallway, knowing one of the maids will get them.

"But I got this new board game yesterday, and I wanted to play that." Michael half-heartedly protests.

"Well, I want to play your new video game, and if I don't get to play it, then I don't want to be your friend." Jack states, crossing his arms in front of his chest with a frown on his face.

Michael looks down at his sock-clad feet, pulling on his sweater sleeves in a nervous habit.

"Yeah, okay. Let's play the game." he mumbles reluctantly.

Jack shouts in joy, immediately going to hug the shorter boy.

"The other kids will be so jealous when they hear about how I've played it before it's in the shops!"

Michael wished he had never even mentioned the game.

Michael was so excited. Alex was having a sleepover for his twelfth birthday, so it will be his first time staying away from home without his parents. He made sure he had everything he would need; well his mum did that, but he helped. And the first thing he had packed was Alex's present. He couldn't wait for Alex to open it in front of everyone and see his reaction. Alex was the one to greet him at the door when Michael's mum dropped him off.

"Michael! Come in, everyone else is already here." Alex stepped back, pulling the door wider so Michael could step in.

Michael looked around in awe as he was led to the living room where the rest of the kids were, not really listening to what Alex was saying. Until Alex abruptly stopped in the hallway before the living room to turn to face Michael.
