Your Here And That's The Thing

"Huh?""She's sick."
Shoko repeated, holding her phone up as she explained to them. It was their lunch break now, and you hadn't been at school all morning.
"Makes sense why she hasn't been here today then." Suguru spoke, eating some of his lunch. Satoru hummed, he leaned back in hid chair with his slouched posture.
"Should we pop over to her place, just to check up on her?" Satoru questioned, sounding concerned about your well-being. Suguru and Shoko had questionable looks on their faces from his question. "I don't know, we should let her rest." Shoko told him.
"It is starting to be allergy season, probably best we don't catch it." Suguru informed him, crossing his arms as he leaned on his chair.
'I didn't get a letter today, meaning that it's a 100% [name]!' He thought.
Satoru sighed, trying to think of an excuse to go over to your house. "I'll just bring over the homework from today, just so she doesn't fall behind." He said.
"You'll probably catch whatever she has, but you can go ahead, we won't stop you." Suguru told him, having a small smirk on his face. Satoru's face lightened up, he didn't seem like he cared at all if he got whatever sickness you had.
Satoru took out his phone quickly, beginning to text you. Shoko and Suguru watched, seeing how excited he seemed to be able to see you again.
"I'm heading to her place after school, you're sure you don't wanna come along?" He asked again, they both nodded in sync.
"I don't plan on missing work to complete." Shoko stated her reason, Suguru agreed with her statement by nodding.
"Maybe bring something for her medicine or soup?" Suguru added, he didn't want Satoru to go to your house empty handed when you were sick.
"Good idea!"

\ /You sluggishly opened the door, seeing Satoru with a bag of whatever he bought.
"You shouldn't really come in, I don't wanna give you what I have." You told him, you didn't want to get Satoru sick, if he was sick you couldn't put notes in his locker.
"Nah, it's fine." He told you, making his way inside. He removed his shoes as he dug through the bag he brought.
"I picked up some medicine on the way, hopefully this will help." He took out a bottle of pills, he was hoping these would help with whatever you had. "Thanks... you didn't have to get me these." You told him.
He sheepishly grinned, "I wasn't, but Suguru told me to at least bring something over for you." He explained to you.
"I see.." you muttered.
He stepped up onto the wooden floor, as he had taken his shoes off. "Anyway, anything I can do for you?" He asked, seeming to be wanting to be able to help you with something.
"Ahh no, but I'm really saying you should go. I hate giving what I have to others." You told him, stepping up onto the wooden floor too.
"I said I'm fine, really. Let me help with something." He reassured you again. You paused, actually taking a minute to consider for him what to do. He then got an idea, "I'll make you some of the soup I got, it won't be much. Though, I hope it'll help."
You were about to speak up, but then he started walking to the kitchen. You sighed following him to the kitchen, watching as he started to get to work. "It's not too much trouble, right?" You questioned.
"Yeah, I cook for Megumi and Tsumiki all the time. It's no problem." He assured you, turning on the water to fill up the pot.
As the water was boiling, he began to cut up the onions. You watched seeing him do all this work, offering to help but he turned you down. His eyes started to water, from the onions.
"It's the onions, I'm not crying." He told you before you could get the chance to ask. "Ah.. yeah, I know that." You answered.
After some time, he finished and served you the bowl of soup. "Hurry eat it, I wanna see how well I did!" He bickered you, urging you to eat it quickly. "Okay, I will." You laughed softly, taking the spoon and beginning to drink it slowly.
Your eyes widened slightly, as you got a taste of it. It was good, well maybe it was because it was Satoru who made it. Though, it was amazing, you began to drink more of it as it was delicious.
"Sooo, what do you think?" He questioned, eager to see if you liked his cooking.
You cleared your throat before replying back to him, then wiped your mouth with a napkin. "It's really good, thank you!" You thanked him.
He sighed in relief, "I'm glad, hope it'll help with your cold." He smiled at you.
After you finished eating, he helped clean the dishes and the table. The two of you now stood that the door steps, as Satoru was just about to leave.
"Alright, hope you feel better!" He told you, you thanked him one last time before he waved at you before going out the door.
'Gojo Satoru, just came to my house to make me food...'
You thought, that thought wondered through your head for a while. Rethinking over and over about it.
BONUS !!
A week later, Satoru didn't come to school. You asked Suguru and Shoko, what'd happen.
"Oh, Satoru? He said he's sick, got a cold." Shoko explained to you, Suguru deadpanned as she explained it.
You stood there awkwardly, knowing that you had gotten him sick. Though it didn't sound like the more you guys convinced him not to go to your house, he was more determined too.
