"Thanks for looking out for me." I say with a smile.

"No problem." He says back.

After we walk around for a while, we go back to his house where his dad is.

"You two have fun?" He asks.

"Yeah. We had fun. You live in a nice place Mr.Friar." I say.

"I've figured that out." Mr.Friar says with a wink. "So want to get some new clothes?" He asks me.

"Yes but I don't want to rob you of all your money." I say.

"No worries." He says.

"Are you sure?" I ask.

"Positive." He says.

"Okay. Let's go!" I say excitedly.

Once we get to the store, I go over to the teens department, obviously. I find some really cute shirts and pants that fit my style. I try some on. I find the ones that I want to buy and then leave. We get back home and I put my new clothes away then change out of my pajamas. After I finally change, brush my hair and brush my teeth, I was ready to do stuff.

"So what now?" I ask.

"Now? We take a break." Lucas said.

"Why a break?" I ask.

"The way we do things, we do whatever we want to do in the morning, take a break in the afternoon, and go back out in the evenings." Lucas said.

"Really? Why?" I ask.

"It's easier for us. We need time to just relax." Mr.Friar said.

"Oh. Okay then. I'll be in my room." I say.

As I go to my room, I realize that the only two things that weren't destroyed in the plane crash was my phone and charger. I plug it in and get my phone out.

"Please work, please work." I say to myself as I try calling Maya.

"Hello?" I hear her.

"Maya!!!!! Hi!!" I say excitedly."

"Hey Riles. What's up? You in California yet?" She asks.

"No..... Maya, there was a plane crash and my mom, dad, and brother died." I say.

"Sweetie... I'm so sorry." She says.

"I'm getting over it. Slowly but surely." of say.

"Well that's good. Hey, call me back in a few hours okay?" She asks.

"Okay. I just wanted to talk to someone." I say.

"I understand. Talk to you later. Bye!" She said. Then she hang up.

'It's only been two days, but it feels like more. So much has happened.' I think to myself. 'Well just get some rest.' I think. I had a massive headache. I fall asleep, but I am woken up what seems like a few minutes more.

"Riley, wake up. Let's go to the waterfall again." Lucas said.

"Fine. Let me change into my bikini." I say.

"Meet you there." He says.

"Okay." I say.
