🧣 "There's a dazzling haze and mysterious way about you dear" 🧣

"You better get back to your owner, little one.. I'm sure they are worried for you" Taehyung says. He was a little surprised to see the dog run up to him since his own dog isn't with him. He's only half hoping that the dog belongs to the really cute boy sitting across from him on the other bench. He noticed his sketchbook and the occasional glances sent his way and he can only wonder what the boy is thinking.

"What's your name hm? You're awfully cute," Taehyung whispers. He doesn't care if the boy can hear him but he whispers just in case. He checks the dog tag and sees 'Jeon Bam' engraved on the silver bone.

"Bam is your name? Well Bam I think you are a very sweet dog." Taehyung smiles at the dog and scratches his head once he realizes that's the dog's favorite spot. He hears a light whistling sound along with the rattling of a leash. 'Please don't let this dog belong to this cute boy, he cannot leave now' Taehyung thinks.

"Bammie come" Taehyung hears the owner of the dog call. 'His voice sounded so.. sweet..' The mind of Taehyung wanders off when he hears that same sound of the leash and he looks up into the again same doe eyes that were glancing at him earlier.

With a hand outstretched and a folded paper in the same hand, the boy shyly looks at the ground with the cutest blush on his cheeks.

"For me?" Tae asks while taking out the headphone from his ear. All he receives is a slight nod and shy lip bite from the curly haired boy. He reaches out to take the paper from the outstretched hand with a thank you and a smile. "Your dog is adorable by the way. And Bam.. What a beautiful name!" Taehyung's stomach is filled with instant butterflies and a voice in his head is yelling at him to stop before he embarrasses himself. He hears a tiny 'thank you' and he sees those doe eyes get slightly wider.

Tae giggles and subconsciously says "Cute." He immediately widens his eyes and looks away. 'Damn it, why did you say that?' However, that makes the boy blush even more. Daring, Tae asks "Can I know your name?" Taehyung's curiosity gets the best of him. Again he hears a tiny but sweet voice reply "Jungkook.." Tae becomes even more nervous all of a sudden. Why is he being so bold? Why is this boy who I have never seen before making me feel this way? "I am Taehyung!" He needs to run away before he says anything else and embarrasses himself in front of this (incredibly) cute raven haired boy.

"Well it was nice to meet you Jungkook. Thank you for this!" He stands and makes a motion with his hand holding the folded paper. "Of course.." There he is again with that shy voice and blush spread across his cheeks. "Have a good day you two," Tae giggles. He barely hears the little 'you too' let out by Jungkook but he definitely doesn't miss the pink blush on those cheeks again. Damn why is his heart racing so fast?

Stepping into his home, Tae shrugs his long coat off and places his boots on the mat. He hears the taps of little feet on the floor of the living room. He already knows who those belong to. "Why hello Tannie! Did you miss appa?" Yeontan. Taehyung's pomeranian. "I know I missed you," Tae kisses Yeontan's head and scoops him into his arms. He carries his bag and sits down on the sofa.

He takes out the folded paper he received from jungkook. After finding nothing on the outside, he unfolds the paper carefully to make sure he doesn't damage it. His eyes widen at what he sees. A sketch. a sketch of him. The butterflies that disappeared from his stomach immediately returned once he realized that Jungkook drew this. His eyes roam the page and they soften once he sees the note in the bottom left corner. 'There's a dazzling haze and mysterious way about you... signed JK'

Taehyung can only assume that 'JK' stands for Jungkook. He loves it. He absolutely loves it. He also loves the thought of seeing this boy again. Tae scans the sketch one more time before neatly folding it back up and putting in the desk drawer carefully. 'I need to buy a frame.'
