〖 the rules 〗

hello, everyone! i'm so excited to welcome you to my newest selection role play! i'm so, super excited to start this! of course, we need there to be some ground rules so everyone can have fun.

1>>
     be kind! i cannot stress the importance of this. you can hate the character, but do not be rude to any admins. if you are, you will be instantly eliminated. i have absolutely zero tolerance for bullying of any kind.

2>>
     stay active! a role play is no fun when you create a character and then no one does anything with it. if you are going to be inactive for some time, please let me know so your character doesn't get eliminated for inactivity.

3>>
     please do not tag for at least 24 hours! i know the other rule is to be active, but we all have lives. it gets annoying when you are constantly tagging. this includes reposting or saying hi or even just dots. basically just trying to get the attention.

4>>
     good grammar and literacy. here is what i'm not expecting: absolutely perfect, a college professor would give you a 1000% if they could grammar and a whole story book. not at all! i'm asking for grammar so you have a coherent response. most importantly, quotation marks and talking in the third person (unless you're character is speaking, obviously). however, you're aesthetic for writing is up to you! i write in all lowercase, so i'm not looking for that. as for literacy, give us something to work off of! four sentence minimum.

no mary sues! give me DIVERSITY! it adds so much dynamic and fun and drama to the story when there's all kinds of characters.

6>>
unless i say otherwise, you will be starting the chain. along with this, please only one chain at a time with me! it gets confusing and overwhelming when there's three different chains for the same characters. usually, i will be dictating when you can tag for chains.

7>>
i don't care if you chain stalk, but please do not comment on other people's private chains. it will be deleted.

three strikes, you're out. with some exceptions, if these rules are broken three times with repeated warnings, you will be kicked.

please tag at least two people to move on! i want to get this filled up asap! also, sharing to your announcements is greatly appreciated.
