"James slow down, Please" Mavis begged running to catch up with her older brother. James was always talking about his group of misfit friends and now that the time had finally come for them to reunite he was getting extremally impatient. "Sorry Mav, But I have to find them before the train sets off." He yelled to her weaving in and out of the crowd of people. It was Mavis' first year heading to Hogwarts and to say she was nervous was an understatement. She had dreamed for two years about the day she would join her brother but now that the day had finally come she was scared to death.

She had worried herself to near insanity about what would happen if she got put into a different house. Would he be disappointed in her if she wasn't a Gryffindor? Would her parents be upset? So many questions swarmed the young girl's mind as she struggled to keep up with the dark haired boy on a mission.

Before she knew it he was completely out of sight. "Great, Just my luck!" She let out a breath holding back the tears that prickled in her eyes. She wasn't gonna cry, She had already promised herself that! But she wanted to so bad. She missed her Mom and Dad so much already. And now she found herself alone in a group of strangers with the only person she trusts missing. Mom gave him very strict instructions not to leave me behind before she left us at the station and what does he do? He leaves me! She thought to herself.

She took a deep breath before continuing forward. She had already made up her mind that when she found him he would get an earful! Even if it was in front of all his silly little friends. The more people she weaved through the angrier she grew.

Her heart ache of missing her family had disappeared and all she wanted now was to knee James Potter where the sun didn't shine.

"Excuse me." She politely squeezed by an older man. Stepping around him shes met with the famous Hogwarts Express. She had seen the train many times before when she would join her family in dropping James off. But this time it felt unreal. The nerves started to bubble in her stomach again but a Loud call pulled her attention away from the train.

"James! Over here!" She looked to see her brother run through a few more people before launching himself at a slightly taller boy. He had sandy messy hair and wore a brown sweater.

"There's that dummy." She grumbled to herself grabbing hold of the trunk even harder as she stormed over to him. "You nitwit! I swear, do you ever listen to Mom!" James' face went red as he turned to see his younger sister stomping towards him. "Oh, great." He mumbled to himself. She was so mad he could practically see the steam coming off her ivory skin. "Mom gives you a simple rule and can you follow it? No of course not! So I'm stuck by myself trying to find my way around this darn place!" She drops the trunk once she's in front of the boy. "Sorry." He mutters looking anywhere but her. "Sorry? You better be!" She punches his shoulder. "Ouch! I said I was sorry!" He winces as he grabs his shoulder. James may have been older and slightly taller then the little stout girl but he had been the one who taught her how to fight boys off, and he knew she could pack a pretty mean punch for a girl of her age.
