Chapter - 45

Recap: The judge postpone the judgement to the next day after hearing the case. Reyansh console Vaishu when she feels scared of losing the custody.

Vaishu was in the living waiting for Reyansh and Mithun whom she forced to complete the pooja before Mithun left home for the court. She saw them descending the stairs with Ishu babies and passed a smile at them but frowned when she saw holy ash on Mithu and Ishu babies forehead but not on Reyansh's forehead.

Vaishu: Reyansh, you haven't put holy ash to your forehead ?

Reyansh: That is your job Vaishu. I did pray like you said but certain things will not be compromised and applying holy ash on my forehead is your job so do that when you do the pooja.

Vaishu: you won't listen to me at all. Get lost. Mithun brother can you keep us on call when you are in the court room ?

Reyansh: Vaishu, mobile are not allowed inside the court room. He will call us immediately once the judgement is read. Relax, we will win this case so inform chef to prepare a lavish lunch to celebrate and plan our outing with Kajal.

Mithun: Everything will happen the way we planned Vaishu. I will call you.

Vaishu nodded her head and Mithun left from home. Reyansh took her to play with babies to keep her mind off the case. They sat on the mattress with the toys spread and let the babies to play with them but Vaishu's mind was on the case completely.

Vaishu: Ansh, if we win the case and he is given permission to see the babies will he come immediately ?

Reyansh: No, he won't Avi. Come here to me.

Vaishu moved to sit next to him and he wrapped his hand around her shoulder but Ishika crawled to him crying for his attention. 

Reyansh: My little angel is possessive of my angel. Come on princess I can carry you all at the same time.

Reyansh took Ishika to his embrace and she started talking to him patting his face with her little palms. Reyansh kissed her cheeks and pointed his cheek to her.

Reyansh: Come on muffin now give me kissy.

Ishika leaned to his cheek and started licking to give him the kissy. Just like that Vaishu got distracted looking at them and Reyansh made Ishaan and Ishika kiss Vaishu on her cheeks.

Mithun, Jagan with his family were in the court room as the judge got the papers ready to read the judgement of the case.

Judge: On carefully hearing the trails and arguments by the petitioner and defendant and thoroughly analysing the evidences provided by both the parties it is clear that Mr. Jagan, the petitioner has been proved of infidelity, involvement in cheating and forgery and also suspected to be involved in criminal activities. Based on all the compelling reasons the custody of the babies to the petitioner is being denied and custody is being granted solely to the defendant Mr. Reyansh Badrinath, the legal father and Ms. Vaishnavi, the biological mother of the babies.

Further to the evidences submitted by the defendant, the court advices the police department to investigate the cheating and forgery by Mr. Jagan and file a petition to proceed the case under IPC 415, 468 and 471. 

Taking into consideration of the plea by the petitioner to meet his babies, the court grants permission to meet his babies once in the presence of Mr. Reyansh and Ms. Vaishnavi at the place, day and time decided by them.

The petitioner may appeal in future provided he is proved innocent in the cases that will be filed against him. The court is adjourned.

Mithun hugged Sethu and shook hand with Priya.
