"Why do you need to know anything about that limey bastard?" Bakugou snarled.
"Bakugou, it's important." Aizawa said with the same stern tone in his voice.
"I'll tell you what I know about him if you tell me why you need to know." Bakugou bargained.
Aizawa sighed and took a quick swig of his coffee. "If I tell you, you can't freak out or run out of here telling anybody, and I mean anybody."
"Alright deal, whatever, just tell me." Bakugou replied aggressively.
Aizawa pulled up Midoriya's message and gave the phone to Bakugou, who snatched it from his hand and started reading.
He didn't get more than half way through it when he snarled angrily, "I'm gonna kill this son of a bitch."
"Now Bakugou, I told you you can't freak out. You need to deal with this situation calmly. It's the only way we can ensure Midoriya's safety." Aizawa said before Bakugou could scream out anything.
"How can you expect me to not freak out after finding out that Deku was kidnapped?" Bakugou snapped.
"If you keep acting up I'll pull you from the job and find someone else to help me.
Bakugou stopped talking and took a deep breath. "Alright, I'm calm. Sorry for lashing out."
"It's fine. Just take a few more minutes to calm down and then tell me everything you know about Zanoka."
Bakugou nodded his head and handed the phone back to Aizawa.
After a few minutes, Bakugou took a deep breath and crossed his arms. "Alright, I'm calm now."
"Okay then, take a seat and we can start talking." Aizawa responded, gesturing to one of the empty desks.
Bakugou sat down in one of them and closed his eyes to concentrate as its been three years since he's seen or talked to Zanoka.
"The only thing I can really remember about him is he was a really weird dude."
   "Weird how?" Aizawa chimed in.
"I don't know. He was just...weird. Whenever I walked into class I would notice him glaring at one of the students. Though, he was really good at hiding it so I could never really tell who it was he was glaring at. Though now I can probably guess it was Deku." There was a silent pause when Bakugou came to that conclusion.
"What else Bakugou? I need as many details as you can give me."
"Tch, I know. I'm trying." It's been three years since I've seen that bastard." Bakugou snarled.
"I know, I know; I'm not trying to rush you but Midoriya's been missing for nearly twelve hours so we don't know how much longer he has before Zanoka decides to get rid of him. So just, concentrate; think back."
Bakugou scoffed and closed his eyes again. "He was the kind of guy who seemed like he didn't enjoy his job. Almost like he was only there for the money and couldn't care less what happened to the students. Whenever he had to teach a subject he was weak in or disinterested in he'd take it out on the class. There came times when he would throw books out and whoever was unlucky enough to be in the way got hit with it. Although, to me, it never seemed as though he picked anybody apart from the crowd. He seemed to just hate everyone equally and that he just couldn't wait to get out of the job so he could forget about us and find an occupation he was interested in. At least, that's what everyone was hoping would happen."
Another long pause settled between the two and Bakugou opened his eyes to see Aizawa looking down at a notebook taking notes on everything he said.
"Are you seriously taking notes on this?" Bakugou asked, dumbfounded.
"Yes Bakugou. Believe it or not, notes are very helpful in situations like this as it helps for the investigators not to get confused on certain bits of information." Aizawa retorted.
"Well okay then." Bakugou mumbled under his breath.
"Are you sure you didn't notice anything else?"
   "Like what?" Bakugou scoffed.
"Like the way he acted around certain individuals. Not like the class as a whole, but the students as individuals."
"Hmm...now that I think about it, whenever Deku began muttering about something or raising his hand to ask and or answer a question, something in Zanoka's eyes changed."
"What do you mean 'changed'?" Aizawa asked, his pen at the ready.
"Almost like, whenever Deku spoke, he got slightly agitated like he wanted to walk over and smack him to shut him up. I guess I never noticed that level of agitation from him as it was pretty common in middle school for teachers to be slightly revolted by Deku's voice considering he wasn't all that well liked."
"Hmm...is that everything?" Aizawa asked, finishing up his notes.
"well, yea, that's all I can remember about him at the moment. But shouldn't we bring this to the police?" Bakugou questioned.
"Honestly, I don't think it's a good idea to bring the police into this. Remember what happened last time?" Aizawa responded.
Bakugou uncrossed his arms and sighed. "Yea, I do remember. But we can't work on this case alone. It's gonna take more than two of us."
Aizawa chuckled a little bit and shut his notebook. "I already know that Bakugou. Which is why I'm gonna give you the task of assigning this mission to three of your classmates that you think can help without telling anyone. Meanwhile, I'm gonna assign this to a few pro heroes that I think would be happy to help without word getting out to the media. That work for you?"
"Yea, that should work." Bakugou replied with a small smirk.
He knew Aizawa was always going to be one step ahead of him no matter what the situation was.
