"Did you pick out the three students you want to help us on this mission?" Aizawa asked when Bakugou entered his office the next afternoon.
"I did. And I brought them over here so you can decide if you want them to help. And because of that, I didn't tell them the situation. Instead, I just told them that you wanted to speak to them." Bakugou responded.
"That was a smart move Bakugou. Please send the students in."
Bakugou nodded and turned towards the door, gesturing for the students to come in. The door opened and in walked Todoroki, Uraraka, and Iida.
"I figured these three know Deku the most out of everyone else and therefore would be good choices to help with this mission."
Aizawa looked at the trio who looked just about as confused as you can get in a situation like this.
"So what's going on? Does it have something to do with why no one's seen Midoriya since the night before last?" Iida asked, breaking the silence that had begun to fill the room.
"Yes, it does." Aizawa responded slowly.
"Well? Spill it. We're all really worried." Uraraka pushed.
Aizawa looked over at Bakugou, expressing that he wanted him to be the one to explain the situation. Bakugou got the hint rather quickly and turned towards Uraraka, Iida, and Todoroki.
"Deku was kidnapped the night before last when he went on his run. He managed to get a message to Aizawa explaining the situation to the best of his ability before his phone died. He explained that it was one of our old middle school teachers who did it, which is the best piece of information Deku was able to give us as he didn't know much about the situation himself. We're still working out the details and trying to find out as much as we can about his kidnapper but so far we've hit dead ends. Which is why we pulled you guys into it. You're some of Deku's closest friends which means you'll be more determined than anyone else to look for him. Just don't let the situation get to your head. We can't let this get out to the media. If it does, it'll just make finding Deku feel more impossible than it already does. Understand?"
Silence filled the room once again as the trio stood there in complete and utter disbelief.
"But, who would wanna do such a thing?" Uraraka piped up, finally breaking the silence.
"A worthless piece of shit who likes to make and watch people suffer." Bakugou responded coldly.
"However, the stress of this situation lies in the fact that we have no idea how long Midoriya will be kept alive which means time is precious and we can't afford to waste any. We've already wasted precious time discussing this. Todoroki, Bakugou, you two are in charge of patrol. I want you to scan every inch of any area you last saw Midoriya in and report back if you find anything that may be helpful. Iida and Uraraka, I want you to stay back and help Mic do research on Midoriya and Bakugou's old teacher and report back to me if you discover any sort of connection. No matter how small it may seem. Me and All Might will begin asking the staff and students who either work and attend or used to work and attend Aldera Junior High and see if they know anything or have seen anything recently. Understood?" Everyone nodded their heads and dispersed in their respective directions.
All Might let out a small sigh and looked at Aizawa. "I fear this could get real ugly, real fast."
