After all that drama, I decided we needed a break! We went out the following day and enjoyed the rest of our week. I made sure that he who shall not be spoken of was blocked and deleted. We didn’t need that stank energy in our lives. We saw Rena off as she left the country to embark on her new life.
I forgot to mention that that whole drama with Langa was the last week of Jan so Rena left beginning of February.
Sniper surprisingly offered to pay off our rent for the rest of the year and we obviously aren’t stupid, we said yes! We aren't going to accept Langa's money after he did my girl dirty like that.
Guys, in our defence right, we’re saving so much money from this. It’s great and Sniper has so much money, I highly doubt he wants anything in return. He did say something about us paying him off soon but made a comment about how we wouldn’t disagree on his price.
We shrugged it off and continued chopping life sha. We would do work then back home and so forth while going out here and there and our usual girl maintenance days once every two weeks. Which was costly. We should do this once a month no way! Tri is crazy.
My phone rings and I’m tempted to ignore it and continue with my yoga in the little set up I mad In the living room. Did it stop? No. it just got louder and the person was quite persistent.

Depends on what you’re offering -
- Oh, it’s you. What do you want and why are you calling me?
I can’t even check up on you baby girl? Damn. Thought- we had something. .
- Im busy you twat! What do you want?
Okay, you and Tri up for a trip to Zanzibar this- weekend?
- No fucken way! Jy lig, are you really? You seriously want to take us with you?
So that’s a solid yes I’m guessing? -
- Do you even have to ask?! Ofcause we’d love to go with you guys!
I’m so excited I just hang up the phone. No explaination. I just do it and start screaming in excitement. I can’t wait to tell Tribaby when she gets back from her shopping. She’s going to dieeee!
“Honey, I’m ho-“ I don’t even give her time to finish the sentence before I attack her with a hug and start screaming all over again. .
She’s perplexed by my weird behaviour but when is she ever not. I tell her the amazing news and she screams with me.
“That’s the price that he was talking about!” says Tri and I frown.
“What are you talking about” I say.
“Remember when Sniper said we’ll love the price we have to pay for the rent he cleared out?” she says like it’s the most obvious thing in the world.
I’m in a state of shock for a moment but I snap out of it and back into excitement because hello???? We’re going on vacation, finally. We deserve this free time. Fortunately we don’t work weekends. I’m also done with school stuff so I’m as free as can be.
