It was a bright and sunny day outside. One morning, Eclipse and her two best friends, Secretkeep and Snowseaker, were heading somewhere fun to hang out and chat about random stuff. But as they were flying through the sky, something very strange and out of the ordinary happened. A group of DawnWings suddenly came swooping in from the sky and began to attack the three young dragons. Both Secretkeeper and Eclipse were able to escape and get away from the blood-thirsty dragons, however, what the two dragons didn't realize, was that they had unknowingly left Snowseaker behind to fend for herself against a bunch of older, more experienced fighters.

Meanwhile, back in the forest, Snowseaker was fighting three DawnWings all on her own. The young hybrid was shooting ice breath out of her mouth and slashing at them with her claws and icy-spiked tail. It felt like she had been fighting for hours at this point and Snowseaker was starting to wonder when Eclipse and Secretkeeper would come and find her.

A little while later after dusk was beginning to fall, Eclipse and Secretkeeper had just arrived back home when they relized something that made their blood turn as cold as ice.

"Hey wait a minute! Where's Snowseaker?" Eclipse exclaimed with a bad feeling pooling in the pit of her stomach as her mind tried to process what was happening around her. "I didn't see her follow us back in the midst of trying to fight off the DawnWings and escape." The young ShadeWing was on the verge of having a full-blown panic attack.

Secretkeeper's face lost all color and she stared at Eclipse with wide, terrified emerald green eyes. "Oh no! Did she get stuck in the fight?" Secretkeeper asked with a mix of horror and guilt crossing over her face.

Eclipse just shrugged her wings helplessly in response, her blue eyes wide and frantic as the young ShadeWing tried to stamp down on the wave of panic that was trying to claw its way up her throat.

Secretkeeper, noticing her friend's panicked expression, quickly dashed forward and draped her wings over the young ShadeWing's quivering frame.

"Then what are we waiting for? let's go find her come on!" Eclipse was about to fly off, when Secretkeeper called out to her.

"Hay shouldn't we tell our parents before we just go flying off." The NightWing said, and Eclipse gave a sheepish grin, and replied.

"Oh, oopse I allmost forgot about that part." Eclipse said sheepishly.

After telling their parents they flew off to find Snowseaker.

"We should make a plan before we just rush into action young ShadeWing." Secritkeeper knew her friends tendency to jump into action and mischief. Secretkeeper remembered the times when Eclipse Snowseaker and herself would play hide and seak when they were younger. Eclipse has always been a trouble maker even when she was younger.

"Come on Secret! I want to find Snowseaker right now." The young ShadeWings wings drooped in a pout. Secetkeeper laughed, and replied.

"I understand that Eclipse. But you have night vision like a SeaWing, and I don't." Eclipse pouted again. After a few seconds she replied.

"Ugh, you are no fun!" The ShadeWing pouted.

Meanwhile, after two more hours of flying they came to a place that looked like it had been scorched. They looked closer and noticed a figure on the ground. It was laying on its left side. The two young dragonet's flew closer and noticed a silver blue wing that looked like it had been twisted.

With an expression of horror on their faces, the two dragons fluew closer.

"Snowseaker?" Eclipse asked, as she and Secretkeeper got closer to the injured dragonet on the ground in front of them.

"We should take her with us, and find some help for her, she looks really beat up." Secretkeeper replied sternly.

So they picked Snowseaker up off the ground and carried her in betreen them.

"We need to find somewhere where she can be treated, she needs help, and rest as well." Secretkeeper said, turning to Eclipse.

"You're right we need to find help but where?" Eclipse asked, as they kept flying. After a moment, Eclipse spoke up again.

"I don't know, we should find a hospatul or something." Eclipse said.

"Yeah, I agree we should." The young ShadeWing was not really focusing on what her friend was saying, she was more woried about Snowseaker. She was hoping that Snowseaker would be able to make it through whatever she was going through.

Secretkeeper looked over to Eclipse and noticed that her friend was still flying allongside her, but she looked rather tense.

After 1 hour of flying, they finally arrived to a hospatull where injered dragons go to be treatted. They entered and went up to the small desk where a young NightWing stood, her emerald green eyes widened when she saw the injered NightWing/IceWing hybrid carried by two young dragonet's, who looked like they were about ready to colapse from exhaustion.

Their wings were shaking, and there eyes looked bloodshot like they hadn't slept for a whole day or two.

"By The Three Moons, what in the name of Pyrrhia happened to you three?" The NightWing asked, with concern.

"That's a long story." The smaller NightWing replied, and the older dragon noticed that the other black dragon looked like a NightWing but she didn't seem like one.

"Oh, sorry my name is Secretkeeper and this is my friend Eclipse and this injered friend of ours is Snowseaker." The other NightWing spoke up, in a quite voice.

"My name is Stargazer." The older dragon replied. "

"Now, come on let's get you three some help and rest." Stargazer said.

Eclipse and Secretkeeper were led in to a room that had black walls and green carpet that looked like grass from a rainforist.

"You two young ones get some rest, you must be exhausted. I'll take care of your friend, she's really injered and she is unstable right now." Stargazer informed the two dragonet's

"What does that mean?" Secretkeeper asked, looking at Eclipse and the older NightWing with a concerned look on her face.

"That means that she has many injuries that are very deep and she may be here for a long while." Stargazer said.

"But-" Secretkeeper trailed off as she saw the stern look on Stargazer's face. "

"Now, enough questions you two better get some sleep because it's almost dawn." Stargazer chastised gently.

"Say what?" Secretkeeper said, jumping up in allarm and looking out the window. "

"Yikes, your right. Come on Eclipse, we should get some rest." Secretkeeper said.
