Ever felt the wretched feeling of pulling out your hair in the frustration of your already unusually confusing and sad day getting further wrecked by unwanted tasks? Well, for those of you who have, I feel your pain. Hopefully, we can all get together and have a party. On the other hand, to those who haven't yet been struck by this disaster, congratulations! You are the lucky ones. As I stare at the screen of my phone sitting amidst the blanket, the only thing preventing me from pulling my hair out is the shock of how or why I am being assigned to this task. The doorbell ringing downstairs was an indication that what I was reading was not a misunderstanding. I truly am being given this stupid task. Ugh!! And here I thought I could spend my whole day in bed watching Supernatural. Oh, my Dean Winchester!

The soft sound of the music blended slowly as I drove down the highway to my new destination for the next three months. I know I agreed that a holiday from the normal college teaching would do me some good, but how could I have neglected the fact that, with Bhargav's family background, a commotion was bound to happen if he lost? It doesn't matter which election you are subjected to; false promises and riots are inescapable. What's more puzzling is who the bloody hell is—that well-wisher who thought this would be a good idea. I would have been more than happy with spending three months with my booze, video games, and music. The reformation home sounds like nothing but trouble. Oh well,I will just stay out of trouble. I am sure they don't want to learn, so that's what I will do. Just leave them to their devices. I remembered the very vivid description that was narrated to me last night.

['Creep like a lioness; make no sound.
Slide like a snake over sun-baked ground']
[song: 'Rise Up']
"Sir, can we switch off that cacophony?"
"Then shall I wear my coolers?!"
['Twist like a hurricane, bend, and sway.
Break like a wave, wash the filth away']
"Sir, college students are bound by certain protocols of their parents and society. But those boys there lack all that discipline. Their age and their activities have no connection whatsoever. Not even a single inmate is human or humane. Beasts,Demons. They know our law is lenient on their habitual crimes. They use it to their advantage, breaking laws as reckless criminals. That's why I'm telling you, sir. Don't bend backwards to reform them in those 3 months you are assigned there. Aren't you wondering whether to go there or not? Sir...? Sir...!"
"Is our hero in the dream world? Sir, check if that's your phone. Bro...bro. Wake up, bro." My babysitter, as Y/N calls him, woke me up with a sharp pinch. The person sitting in front of me had finished narrating, and honestly, I don't remember most of it, so I just agreed to whatever was said. What's the worst that can happen?
"That's no problem, sir. I don't mind going."
*flashback ends
Soon after reaching my destination, I was met with the warden, who was kind enough to show me the accommodations regarding my stay, but his choice of vehicle left me in a comical awe. It was an old van that looked like it could fall apart at any minute. I decided to follow him in my car instead; our destination wasn't far anyway.
