BTS' Military Enlistment. Part 1 (Jin)

Warnings!//: Angst heavy angst, 8th member is female, bts leaving for the military.

12/11/2022.

It was gloomy and the wind was blowing harshly, rain clouds were rolling in, I turned facing forward seeing them, BTS my only family I have ever had. I run trying to catch up, but they are getting put into a car to be taken away, I start crying begging them not to leave. Right as I reach the car, the car takes off. I'm left there to cry alone in the gloomy rainy street.

I feel someone shaking me but once I opened my eyes it was Jungkook along with the others all surrounding me, I in a panic start crying and hugged Jungkook into me and the others followed suit. I finally pulled away from them and wiped my eyes. Kook worriedly asked. "You alright Hun?" He touched my forehead and cheeks; I jerked away and shook my head. "I had a nightmare and thought you all were gone. leaving me for the military." I sniffled and glanced at them all as they all looked at each other. "It's okay sweetie we would never leave without telling you first." I nodded. "I know I just worry constantly about the military enlistment." They all nodded and shared glances which weirded me out a little. Jin with his overly enthusiasm over making breakfast. "Okay! let's go make breakfast!" to which I gasp and jump up. "Hold on! I got to use the restroom, but I'll help!" I ran into the restroom and peed as fast as I could without hurting myself and I also hurried through washing my hands and grabbed one of my hair ties off of the counter pulling my hair into a nice ponytail. I opened the door hopping out. "Okay ready!" We both ran to the kitchen, and I helped make pancakes and eggs along with come bacon and sausages, we even made toast for those who wanted it, once we were done, we sat down and to eat our food and my toast had jam on which is yummy. "Thank you, Kim Seokjin and L/n Y/n, for making us our breakfast!" They all shouted. "Your very welcome guys!" we both said back. We finished eating and put our plates in the kitchen, once I was done washing them the boys made me sit down in the living room to talk about something. "What do you guys want to talk to me about?" They all with the weird sideways glances worried me again. "Well, it's about our military service..." I gasped. "Well, what is it?" Joon being the only one to speak without acting odd. "Well, we are going to be going soon." The tears started welling in my eyes and I couldn't stop them from coming. I sobbed louder than I ever have, and they all rushed over to hug me as I got up and ran for my room, locking the door behind me. I hear them banging on my door begging me to come out. "Y/n please sweetie come out!" Jin pleaded. "C'mon honey we need to discuss this with you beforehand!" Hobi said. "Please Y/n! I'm begging you to please open up. It's Jungkook." I ignored them till I fell asleep. "Welp guys we have to accept that she isn't going to be coming out anymore tonight." Jungkook and Tae don't like the thought of doing that, so they go and grab a pillow from their beds and their blankets and lay outside of the girl's room. 

12/12/2022.

the next morning, I woke up not wanting to live anymore because they are all going to be leaving me... I stood with wobbly legs and seen Jungkook and Taehyung laying outside my room. I carefully stepped over each of them and went to the bathroom to pee but, once I walked out all seven of them are standing there. I couldn't help but sigh. "What do you traitors want from me?" Jin and Hobi dramatically gasp at what I said. "Hey! we are not traitors young lady!" Jin scolds me. "Yeah, sweetheart we can't not go. Trust me if we didn't have to go, we wouldn't." I shoved past them to go into the kitchen and grab myself water for my very sore throat while they all follow behind me. "So, y/n we need to talk about this with you beforehand so you can be prepared." Joon said. I sighed and rolled my eyes and sat on the curved seat of the couch while they sat around me. "Okay so the first one of us going is Jin." I started to get sad again, but I wouldn't dare let them see me crying. "Yeah, and I'll be going on December 13th." I nodded slightly trying not to tremble. "I know this sucks because you can't come too but side note we'll be back by 2025." I couldn't keep holding it in I threw my glass across the room and started sobbing again this time I didn't care if they saw me. "Why!? WHY!? WHY CAN"T I KEEP YOU GUYS HERE FOREVER!?" I fell to the floor and sobbed there but Jin came right over to me, hugging me and coddling me. "I know it hurts princess, but I promise you we will all come back in no time." I sobbed louder. "How can you say that when you aren't losing anyone for a while?" He sighed and snuggled into me. "That's not fair because I'll be without the other guys' and without my beautiful princess." He caressed my cheek while saying that. "I am going to miss you though. all of you." My voice cracked at the end. Jin couldn't hold it together anymore neither could the others. "It sucks so much Y/nnie, we know we dreaded having this conversation with you because we knew you were going to be mad at us." I started shaking my head. "No! I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at those who say you have to go." I snuggled into Jin while the others hugged us too. "We will figure something out so we can talk to you still from there and we promise you'll be one of the very first people we see after we come back." I finally sniffle and let go of Jin. "You promised me which means if you break your promise then you broke my trust." They all nodded. "Now then this glass needs cleaned up and we need something for lunch to be made." Yoongi said, I nodded. "Okay I'll clean this up since it is my fault." Jimin shook his head. "Nuh-ah you're going to help Jin make lunch since not only are you an amazing cook, but you are going to spend as much time with him as you can sweetie." I sighed but knew better than to argue with Jimin. Me and Jin both went into the kitchen. "Japchae is your favorite right princess?" I nodded, as he checks the fridge he sighs. "Well, we need some stuff from the store. Want to come with me princess?" I nod. "Yes, please Jin oppa!" I ran to get my coat. Tae sees and pleads for him to come as well. "Please can I come with you guys?" Jungkook came running too. "Me too! please!?" Jin sighs "Yes but hurry up." They were both ready in seconds. "Okay Tae Kook Y/n and I are going to get some stuff for lunch we'll be back please set the table while we are gone." the others all said. "Yes sir." with that we went to the store, the whole drive there we sang along to songs as they came on the last one hit too hard, it was for youth, so I started crying while singing along. they of course notice this, and each put a hand on me, singing along with me and crying too. As soon as we walked in, I grabbed Tae by his arm and pulled him with me but got stopped by Jin. "Where do you think you're going young lady?" he spoke as he grabbed my arm to stop me. "Well, I'm going to be honest...I was going to ask him to help me pick out soju for tonight." Tae gasped a little but wasn't mad about it. Jin however looks I don't know how to explain it but almost like he was mad but wasn't at the same time...? he sighs. "Fine but you aren't drinking any." as I am walking away, I mumbled under my breath that I was going to and Tae heard me, smirking at my mischief he joins in on it. "Okay, Jin likes the strawberry one he's told me so many times it isn't funny. Yoongi likes makgeolli, which one is your favorite Tae?" He looks to me with a smirk on his face. "I like strawberry and apple." I grabbed another bottle of strawberry and then a bottle of apple soju. "Okay is that it? or do we need more?" He nodded. "Yeah we need soda not only to give you something to 'drink' but we drink it sometimes also I know you want those strawberry milk things like Jungkook's banana milk." I couldn't help but smile. "I can't believe you remembered that." He smiled back. "Anything for my best friend." I gasped. "Isn't Jimin your best friend though?" He rolled his eyes and giggled. "Yeah, but so are you." I giggled at his response but grabbed the soda that we wanted, and the strawberry milks then found Kookie and Jin. "Jinnie oppa! we got the stuff." He smiled at me so endearingly. "Cool Y/nnie, we got the stuff for the food." I gasped dramatically. "Oh my gosh Jin oppa is my hero." He smiled with pride and then we turn to see Tae and Kookie getting jealous, Jin starts laughing with his windshield wiper laugh which I realized I'm going to miss it. I however giggled at their pouting faces and rubbed their heads. "It's okay you guys are all my heroes." I smiled and walked with them to the checkout and they both were smiling enjoying the time with me and Jin. Finally we finished shopping and went home made lunch and ate, once we were done we played board games and even danced along to their music. Blood sweat and tears came on and we both got into position. Once the song was over, we sat down and watched dramas together then dinner time came around and that's when we pulled out the bottles of soju and we ordered wings spicy, sweet and plain, any flavor just about but we ate and then I got a shot glass which Jin seen. "Nuh-uh absolutely not!" I rolled my eyes. "I'm going to Jin it's not like I will drink till I'm shitty just enough to feel the buzz." He scoffed watching Tae pour me some. "Fine but please be careful." I nodded. "I promise I will be oppa." He bows his head slightly. "Cheers to the best Oppa/Hyung we've ever had!" "Cheers!" they all shouted, I however felt slightly buzzed and stopped drinking the soju and switched to soda. "So, what will you do once we are all enlisted?" I looked up realizing they all were talking to me. "Um I don't really know I haven't thought that through." Jimin was who asked so he nodded. "Well, that's fine if you really wanted you could basically wait for us to return." Tae added, to which I nodded. "Yeah, I'll possibly try making my own music while I wait, and I'll invest more time into making dance TikTok's." They all nodded. Jin looks up to check the time. "Shit. Gotta get to bed so I can wake up tomorrow early for a haircut and to leave." I sighed. "I don't want this day to end though." I pouted at the end. "It's okay I promise I will call lots." I nodded. "Remember that is a promise that you better not break." He nodded and smiled. "Understood." We all got up and headed to bed. I walked over to Jin's room and knocked, I can hear him walking to the door and he opened it. "What is it princess?" I smiled and blushed from the nickname. "I was hoping maybe I could sleep in here with you tonight?" I knew he'd agree. "Yeah, you can sweetie." I smiled and hopped right into his bed to which I hear him giggling at my silly antic. He climbed in next to me and I flipped over to face him. "Goodnight oppa. can't wait to see you return." He smiled. "Goodnight princess. I can't wait for this to pass either sweetie." with that we both closed our eyes.
