Aakhi

I and Abhi were walking. I don't know where we are going. But walking beside him was making me feel protective and peaceful. But suddenly we lost our pattern of walking. He was walking slowly but He goes way ahead of me. So I decided to walk fast in want of walking beside him. But no matter how fast I walk. I couldn't able to met his walking speed.

'' Abhi.'' I called him.

*No response*

He was getting away from me.

Why?

''Abhi dara amar jonno.''

Abhi wait  For Me.

Again he didn't response. My heart clenched. Why he wasn't listening me?

'' ABHI'' now I screamed. But He seemed to have disappeared into the air. I ran towards the direction where he was a while ago. But I saw nothing. There is no mark of his existence.

Suddenly I felt that someone is saying something to me.

'' She never loved you.''

I couldn't recognize the voice because of  the low sound. But the same voice was approaching me again and again.  I put my both hands on my ear.

The sentence was making me insane.

'' Ami Take Valobashi.''

I Love Him.

I said in my mind and my dream broke. I sat up while breathing heavily.

That was a horrible dream.

Maybe it's afternoon. Outside is dark. Maybe cause of weather.

My throat was as dry as desert. The fever has increased. My head was aching so badly. My hand was sweating. In a word,

I was fully messed.

There was no one in my room. I want to drink water. As I looked at the jug on my bedside table. It was empty. I want to drink water so badly. I slowly put the comforter aside and stand up. My knees can't able to take my body weight. My body was aching badly. But I handled myself and tried to went down stairs.

As I passed the corridor I hear some voices. I looked at the direction where the voices were coming from.

I saw Abhi, ma and baba was talking.

'' But I need to.'' Abhi replied to baba.

'' Na ami ei anumoti dite parbo na. Matro deshea  biye holo ekhon abar tui bideshea jete chas.''

''No I can't allow this. You just got married in the country and now you want to go abroad again."

Baba Disagreed by him.

What they were saying?

Abroad? Abhi?

'' Look I'm seriously mad at you. But if it's important then bring Aakhi with you.''

Mom gave her opinion.

'' Then the problem solved, bring Aakhi with you.'' Baba agreed in the opinion.

But Abhi didn't seem happy with the opinion. Maybe he don't want me to go abroad with him.

'' I can but It will take time to make her papers. And I need to depart in two days.''

My heart clenched by his words.

He is leaving? In Two Days?

Suddenly ma's stare fall on me.

'' Aakhi.'' I looked towards her. Everyone looked towards me. I slowly came down by stairs.

'' Sorrir thekache ekhon?'' ( Are you okay now?) She said by coming towards me checking my temperature. I didn't answered her question. As she check my temperature she replied in disbelief

'' Ema eto jor shorore! Tui uthli keno. Ga toh puro jole jacchea.''

( Oh My God you have so much fever. Why did you wake up. You are burning in fever)

By listening her Abhi and Baba came near me. Abhi checked my temperature and made me sit on a chair closer to me.

'' I want to drink water.'' I replied and ma went to the kitchen to bring some water. I can not able to met my stare to Abhi.

Ma hold me a glass of water and I drank. I looked towards them. I got up to leave. but Abhi didn't let me.

'' Aakhi as you heard before, I want to go abroad again. I want to do an another course in want of achieving more education. And it's important to attain there in 1 week. If I don't leave in two days I couldn't able to do the course. What you want?''

I Want You To Stay With Me Forever.

I said to myself. But I should think practical.

'' Tui jete chas?''

(Do you want to go?)

I asked  and he took some moments to nod.

'' Tahole amay jigesh korar ki achea ekhane.''

Then what's here to ask me.

By saying this I got up from the chair and walk towards our bed room. I again decided to rest. I pulled the comforter. I closed my eyes. A tear slip from the corner of my eye.

My mind is repeating a thing again and again.
