After getting the letter I felt my whole world shattered in a blink of  moment . 

What happened to her? 

Why didn't they tell me anything? Whenever I wrote letter I always asked about her. But they never told that she still didn't recover. 

Without wasting a moment I packed my stuffs and left for my destination. 

After 4 Days 

These 4 days were like 4 years to me. I was so desperate to meet her. Today I finally reached home. I saw ma was watering the plant in garden. I went to her.

'' Ma.'' She looked towards me immediately. 

'' Sesh mesh tui eli.'' ( Lastly you came.)  

She state. 

'' Tomra too amay age kichu bolo ni. Ami joto bar chithi likhea chilam shei shob chitite tar kotha jigesh kore chilam. Tar uttore tomra amake shobshomy bolecho shee valo achea. Tai to ami ar.'' 

You don't tell me any thing before. Every time when I wrote you letter, I asked about her. But in reply you told me every time that she is fine. That why I..... 

I stopped when ma gave me a glare. 

'' Aakhi told us to not tell you about her. But you can write her a letter. Why you didn't?'' 

She questioned me. But I could not able to answer her. 

What will I tell her?

That I want to stay away from her? 

'' I was busy.''  

She looked at me in disbelief. 

'' Ghore ja tar shate dekha kor.'' 

Go to your room and meet her. 

She said by watering the plants again. I ran towards our room.  As I reached on doorway. 

Something caged me. 

Guilt. 

I slowly open the door of my room. I saw her. Sleeping on bed under the comforter. I slowly went towards her and sat on the bed. I slightly grab her hand. And kissed it. I looked at her face. My heart clenched.  

What she did to her self? 

I never imagined her this condition in my worst dream. Tears started to glisten in my eyes.  

Suddenly someone knocked on my door. I looked towards at that direction.  

Ma was standing on doorway with a tray. 

'' O ma, Come.'' 

She came and placed the tray on the table beside window. 

'' Haat mukh dhuye kheye ne.'' 

Get fresh and eat. 

I looked towards Aakhi again. 

'' Kibhabe holo tar aea aboshtha?'' 

How did this happen to her?

Ma stopped at her spot .

'' After you had gone her fever was get in control but she could not able to recover from her weakness. She always stay in her room. She don't talk too much. She is as if alive but dead.'' 

She completed her sentence and I leave a deep breath. 

This Time I Made A Huge Sin And I Don't Know 

Will I ever be forgiven for this? 

My left the room by leaving us. I got up from bed and went to bathroom. After freshen up, I straight went to bed and lay beside her by holding her hands. I didn't feel like eating anything . So, I decided to eat with her when she will get up.
