It's been a week since I've started working in this school and teaching the students. I must say, it isn't as difficult as I thought it'd be. No one has come talk to me or bother me, it has been quite peaceful.
"Um.. Excuse me.. Mister Henituse?"
That is, what I thought.
A teacher went up to Cale after mustering up all the courage she had. She seemed quite nervous but it was a given. Cale had not interacted with anyone in his 1 week of teaching and always had a stoic face on.
The principal seemed to be scared of him as he warned them by saying,
"Mister Henituse is a really important person and must not be messed with, you must treat him with the utmost respect. If you anger him I have no power to help you. "
The entirety of teachers were shocked and scared after hearing the principal's trembling voice. They, too, got scared after that.
And, because of his ethereal beauty, he seemed even more out of reach. It seemed as if he was in an entire different world from them. An unreachable flower in the frigid snow, at the top of the peak. He seemed so close yet far at the same time. (A/N I don't know what I was writing here :/ )
"Yes, Miss? "
"Um… well I would like to ask if you'd like to eat together for lunch."
"Hm, sure."
The teacher's face brightened at his response, and soon after, more teachers went up to him and asked to eat together. In the end, everyone went to the canteen and ate.
Cale was confused as to why they were suddenly talking to him when they didn't for a whole week, but he didn't really care.
Ring—
"It seems it's time for classes now, mister Henituse."
"Yes, so it seems. I shall go to my class now, you all may continue eating."
With a light bow, Cale walked away towards his class.
BAM!
Cale jumped. He got startled by a sudden bang. Unknowingly, he hid behind the wall, peeking to see what was going on. His eyes widened at the sight.
" Oi, nerd, you didn't get our food for us and think you can get away with it?"
"I-I'm sorry…. A teacher called me..to their office."
Some students were ganging up on another student. They kicked him on the ground and surrounded him, leaving him no place to escape.
Just when Cale was about to step in, he saw a familiar face interfering first.
" Oi, cut that out. "
It was Kim Namwoon. He was defending the so-called 'nerd'. The students that were ganging up on the nerd flinched however stood their ground.
"Oh ya? What will you do if we don't?"
"Let's find out then."
The one that seemed to be leading the gang asked as if mocking and Kim Namwoon just answered back unfazed, cracking his fingers and clenching them to fist, before letting out a small laugh.
"Heh."
And the battle began. Cale watched silently as Kim Namwoon beat all the gang members up. He was quite impressed by Kim Namwoon's fighting skills. However, it was time he stepped in.
Clap! Clap!
At the sound of clapping, Kim Namwoon and the gang of students looked at him.
"Stop. Don't fight anymore."
