*Demir's Point of View*

After our conversation with Selin, we both went home.

The following three days we did not meet. I needed some more time alone, to think over everything that happened. I do like Selin and am interested in her. But, sooner or later, I will need to tell her the truth about myself. About what I am. The more I think about it, the more confused I get.

On one hand, I want to tell her that I am a vampire and finally feel even more comfortable around her. But, on the other hand, I was not sure if that was a good idea. What if she gets scared and would want to run away?! All I knew was that I needed to get myself together and finally dare to tell her.

*Selin's Point of View*

I was really confused about the way Demir suddenly broke the kiss. He looked and sounded like he was hiding something that was torturing him. Although it was none of my business, I was worried about him and did not know what to do. Anyway, I will not dig into it so much, I will let him take his time.

Somewhere three days later, in the evening, as I was chilling on my sofa, in the living room, I received a text message. It was from Demir. It said "If you are not busy, let's meet at our place. I need to talk to you."

The message left me a little confused. Allah, Allah, what did he want to talk about at this time of the day?!

"Tamam, geliyorum." I texted him back, after which I stood up from the sofa and went out

In no more than half an hour I was in the forest, standing some metres away from the tree and Demir, who was sitting under it. I walked further and said "I am here."

Hearing Selin's voice, Demir looked at her almost immediately.

"Selin!" he exclaimed, getting up

He went over to her and caught her hands. He then led her to under the tree where they both sat down.

"Well, what do you want to talk about?" Selin asked Demir

Demir sighed and answered "I do not even know how to start it..."

"Hey, it is okay, calm down. Take your time." she replied "You know you can tell me."

"Whatever it is, I am not going to judge you." she added

Demir wondered how to start the conversation, although he had been thinking over it.

He finally made up his mind and started "I know I have been acting a little strange lately..."

"Oh, God, I do not even know how to say it..." he said and looked to the other side, so that his eyes would not meet hers

A tear ran down his face.

Selin cupped his face with her right hand.

"Shhh, Demir..." she said, caressing his cheek "You can tell me. You always can. As I said, I will not judge you."

"I will understand you, if you get scared and would want to run away, and I will not judge you for that..." he said "And I promise you I will never hurt you."

"What do you mean with this?" she asked him a little confused

Without Selin removing her hand from Demir's face, Demir started to slowly turn his head back around, looking at Selin's face. When his face was turned all the way to her, Selin saw the two vampire fangs that were hanging from Demir's mouth - a testament to the dual nature that dwelled within him. She was surprised. She was not scared, but she for sure was shocked, at least a little bit.

Seeing her shocked look, Demir hurried to hide them, by covering his mouth with his own hand.

"Demir..." Selin spoke "No, do not hide them."

She gently removed his hand from his face, uncovering his mouth, as well as the fangs. She kept caressing his face, while his eyes were not breaking contact with hers.

The full moon was shining in the night sky, a part of its silverish light reflecting on Demir's fangs.

As Demir's vampire fangs were still showing, and without caring about anything else, Selin leaned in and captured his lips with her own ones in a tender kiss, showing him that she accepted his supernatural nature and was not scared or bothered by it.

Pulling away, she looked into his eyes, where she saw the purity that he always had. Even his curse could not hide it.

"So, this is not bothering you?!" Demir exclaimed, looking at her

"Of course not." Selin answered "Why would it bother me?"

"I do not know..." he replied "I was afraid it could scare you..."

"Demir... I know you. And I have been knowing you for so many years." she replied back "I know that despite your curse, you still are that sweet boy whom I fell in love with years ago. I know this, Demir, I can see it in your eyes."

"Do you really think this?" Demir asked her with a hint of happiness in his voice

"Mhm..." Selin replied, nodding her head and smiling at him

Demir smiled back with his eyes filled with happy tears. He then hugged Selin tightly, kissing her shoulder and saying "Thank you! Thank you for everything!"

"By the way..." he added, looking back at her "There is one more thing that I want to tell you..."

"What is it?" she asked

"I really like you, Selin." he answered "I have always liked you."

"I feel the same way about you, Demir." she replied back, smiling "Even though everything that happened to me, my feelings for you never disappeared."

The love birds exchanged another glance and then kissed.

"Yes... I definitely missed this sweet taste of yours..." Demir whispered

Selin giggled at his words.

Demir kissed her forehead, after which Selin laid her head on Demir's shoulder, and Demir touched his head to hers, cuddling together and looking up at the sky and the beautiful full moon.

They spent some time like that, cuddling and watching the moon, and everything seemed to be very beautiful.
