Chapter 14. Return to the island

     "Why did Silas go on a different boat?" Koricha asks. "We actually don't know." Kuroka replies looking through her bag. "We'll be at the island in about an hour and a half so be prepared everyone!" Misaki tells them. "Let's just get the people and get out, simple as that." Koricha tells them. "Hello?" Silas asks through the radio. "Silas we are almost there." Rithra tells him. "I know that Rithra, the thing is we have to split up, I've located where the missing people are." Silas explains. "You have to turn to the right and walk through the forest." He explains. "Got it." Misaki replies, suddenly a huge flash of light appears in the sky. "What was that?!" Koricha yells as they go to the top of the boat to see. "Thank you for everything you all, good luck." Silas mumbles to himself, the mysterious being they encountered appeared and shot through Silas' boat exploding it in the process. "SILAS!" Charlotte yells out as they watch the explosion. "Everyone get back inside, we can't let it see us!" Misaki yells.

     "Was that why Silas told us to go on a different boat..?" Koricha asks in disbelief. "It's like he knew, but maybe there's still hope! Maybe he's still alive!" Charlotte yells at the group. "That explosion was big, even if he survived there's no way he can keep swimming." Koricha replies. "Yeah but maybe-" Charlotte yells before getting cut off my Rithra. "You know he's gone! Stop clinging onto false hope, we are sorry we couldn't do anything about it but we just have to continue with the mission." She explains. "For Lenyk." Koricha tells Rithra. "For everyone." Rithra replies.

     "Uh hey you might wanna see this!" Misaki yells, the group goes to the deck and spots a giant camp. "Is that what Silas was talking about?" Kuroka asks. "Possibly, let's not stop now. Misaki continue forward." Koricha tells her. "On it." She replies, the group makes it to land armed with weapons and start walking to the camp. "Who are you?" Luca asks charging at them. "We are here to help you all, now where's Lenyk?" Koricha asks disarming him. "Seems like the cavalry is here." Lenyk tells the group with his cutlass in hand. "Brother!" Rithra yells running to hug Lenyk. "Hey, long time no see." He replies. "You must be Koricha!" Noelle yells out in shock.

     "So that was the loud noise we all heard." Luca tells them. "Yeah, we originally came here with someone else but, be got caught in the explosion." Koricha replies. "But on the good side the explosion must've weakened whatever that thing is." Lenyk tells them. "There's still hope for us!" Misaki yells. "Well then, why not hurry and try to take that thing out before it can cause more harm on others." Luca asks Koricha. "Charging head first isn't smart, We might need a plan!" Koricha yells pulling out a map of the island. "Let's get to work!" He yells.
