"ALL ABOARD THE TRAIN-!"

Jane Seymour sat down in her seat, sighing in relief. She didn't expect to be alone in the cart but she liked it that way.
Opening her bag, she took out her coin bag and counted the coins.

"One.... Two... seven... oh. 10 coins..? What a drag." She groaned, expecting her father to pack more for her because he literally had a lot of money. Before she could let out another groan, her cart door slid open, and in walked another girl. Straight black hair and glasses that covered her eyes that almost looked purple. Jane kept on staring until the girls mouth opened.

"Oh-! Greetings! I didn't realise you'd also be in here!" The girl smiled and sat opposite her.
Although she seemed fine with it, Jane was not. All of the quiet time that she thought she would have had, crumbled. She sighed but chose to accept it. She glanced at the black haired girl and noticed the blue ribbon in her hair.
'Looks like a wannabe Ravenclaw...' She thought to herself. She studied her closely but then realised she was staring at her too long because the girl stared back at her.

"You alright...?" The girl questioned, staring at her questionably. Jane blinked uncontrollably at that and looked away quickly.
"Apologies... I didn't mean to..." she apologised quickly, she felt her face heat up with embarrassment. She expected the girl to be annoyed but she heard a laugh. Jane looked up at her and crossed her arms.

"Well thanks a lot." Jane said, looking cross.
The girl noticed that and stopped laughing but still smiled, "Apologies, my name is Raven. Raven Wilton." The girl or Raven put out her hand for Jane to shake. Jane stared at Ravens hand for a few seconds before giving in and shaking her hand.

"Jane Seymour..." she replied, shaking her hand up and down before pulling away.
Raven looked at her surprised and smiled, "The Seymour family huh? I've heard of you guys! Wilson's your father, right?" Jane was taken aback from the question. Did this girl know that much about her...?

Jane nodded to her question and fiddled with her coin bag. "Yes... he attended Hogwarts a few years ago. In fact my sister Katherine goes there now."

Raven nodded and grabbed the small bag she had, she rummaged through it before pulling out something that looked like... a map? She pulled it out and placed it on the table that separated them. She used her hands to make it flat before looking back up at Jane with twinkling eyes. Some could say it was almost like she was crazy... which is what Jane was thinking anyway. Jane peered at the map and gasped. Raven smiled at that.
"You have a map of the school!" Jane exclaimed. Raven nodded proudly.

"I got a little help from a friend of mine, and also did a lot of blackmailing..." Raven said seriously, staring at Jane. Jane stared at her blankly but then started laughing, she heard Raven laugh too. After calming down, Jane spoke up, "No but seriously how did you?" She asked, leaning back on her seat. Raven raised one eyebrow and also leaned back.

"Well the blackmailing part is true... I forced someone to give it to me because I had some dirt on them... which is weird because how did they get this in the first place if... Hogwarts doesn't give out maps..."
Jane shrugged, "Who knows. Hogwarts is weird..." Raven shook her head, "Not weird... magical..."
"Same thing."
"Not really."

...

"Jane- wake up- we're here..."
Jane's eyes flickered open, she sat up straight and cleared her throat. "How do I look Raven..." Raven looked her up and down then gave Jane a thumbs up. Jane smiled at that and grabbed her bags. "Did you bring anything else Raven-?" Raven shook her head, "I only bought what was necessary. Besides I'm getting my bags shipped. Although I'm sure... it won't make it..."

Jane pointed at her bag, "What's in the bag?"
"Pyjamas... my glasses case... a few books and pens... oh you bought a suitcase! Here I can carry it for you." She grabbed Jane's suitcase and walked out of the cart. Jane grabbed her small bag and followed her before stopping and grabbing her coin bag, then continued following.
