Chapter 35- ToxicPenguin

Adam's Pov-

It's been 1 hour that we've just been walking around aimlessly, not being able to get home because we don't have a car. Or any phones to call Ty to come and get us, our phones were all left in the car or they were left at home.

"Adam?" Meghan tapped me on the shoulder and I spun around to face her.

"Yeah?"

"Can we at least try to walk back to the house? Everybodies getting tired" She suggested. I looked around and saw that she spoke the truth; the park we were sitting in was filled with yawning people.

"I suppose we can" I nodded as yawned myself. We got everybody rounded up and started to walk back.

-Timeskip-

Kaylen was asleep on my back, Jerome was asleep on Mitch's back and everyone else was struggling to keep their eyes open by the time we got back, you know after a 1 hour walk.

Why only the twins fell asleep, I don't know. I unlocked the door with my keys and walked in the door. I plopped Kay down on the couch and patted her head goodnight.

Everyone else quickly dispersed to their rooms, leaving me, Mitch and a sleeping Jerome and Kaylen in the lounge.

"Hey Mitch, you looking forward to Friday?" I asked as I watched him put Jerome on the other couch.

He nodded his head. "Of course I am. I can get Aliza back and not only will she have us, she'll finally have a real family."

"Trust Ty to come up with a good idea when he can't even decide what map to play" I laughed and went and stood next to Mitch. "Well life will be back to normal soon, you can have Ali back and hopefully Adyson and Ty will be on a plane together on their way to Hawaii."

"Why a plane to Hawaii?"

I tapped the side of my nose and laughed quietly so I didn't wake up the sleeping twins. "He's going to propose" I whispered to him.

Mitch nodded his head and smiled. "Good for them. I hope Aliza won't still want to kill Ty when she gets back."

"She won't" I yawned. "Anyways I'm going to bed. Carrying Kaylen has really worn me out."

"Same dood. I mean I know Jerome's my best bac but he's a heavy one when he's asleep, like a dead weight."

I smiled and headed up to my room. When I got there I changed into my night clothes and fell asleep on my bed. I missed you bed.

Aliza's Pov-

It's Friday and I've heard from nobody. I'm starting to think that maybe the care woman was right. I still haven't bothered to learn her name though.

The food here is terrible. They tried to give me Eggs for breakfast even though I told them I don't like them and then tried to get me to eat left over Lasagna from two nights ago.

The people aren't that great either. I mean there's a few people that are cool and I have the numbers for, but other then that I want everyone to just spontaneously burst into flames. Including the people that brought me here.

"Hey Aliza Madame Annoying wants to see ya" Chaz said as she popped her head around the bedroom door. I looked at her and nodded, sitting up on my bed and eventually standing.

I stretched out my limbs and followed Chaz down to where the annoying care woman stood waiting for us. "What took you so long?"

"Sorry for not rushing to your every beck and call" I muttered.

"Nice one Aliza" Chaz grinned giving me a high five. Just like me, Chaz had decided that learning the woman's name wasn't important and she'd been here for way longer then I had.

Chaz is a rebel you could say. The rule in this care home is no piercings and no hair dying yet as soon as Chaz arrived she got her ears pierced and dyed her blonde hair black and tinted it turquoise. She's here because her Foster parents are in the process of moving and they have to adopt her if they want to take her out of the state. So as well as moving her foster parents are also adopting her when they do move, which isn't until next week.

"Anyway what do you want?" I asked her as I folded my arms.

"We have someone coming to adopt later. But you would have known that if you stick around after breakfast" the woman said.

Okay if anyone was gonna show up and take me back to LA, they better do it quickly because I don't want to go to jail for murdering this woman. I don't look good in orange!!!

"Yeah whatever. Call me when they're actually here and maybe I'll consider coming downstairs" I hated this place if you couldn't tell.

Me and Chaz went back up to my room and I laid down on my bed. "You aren't excited about the chance of getting adopted?" Chaz asked as she came and sat next to me.

"No not really. I've never told you why I'm here have I?" I replied.

"Nope. Well you said that you're parents died when you were 14 but why are you still in here?"

"When I had just turned 17 I moved out here to America but I moved to LA. Unknowingly I moved next door to a house of my favourite youtubers. Long story short I'm dating one and people show up at my house and take me from them all the way to here."

"What youtubers?"

"Team Crafted" I replied as I closed my eyes. Team Crafted... Where are you?

"Woah. Who are you dating then?" Chaz questioned.

"You know the BajanCanadian?" I questioned. Chaz nodded. "Yeah I'm going out with him."

"No way! Are you serious?! You're going out with Mitch?!" She exclaimed.

I nodded my head and smiled as I opened my eyes to look at her. Her mouth hung open and her eyes were wide.

"Yeah I'm deadly serious. Well I mean, I assume we're still going out. I haven't heard from him or anyone since I was taken here."

"I'm sure you're still together... Wait! Does that mean you're..." She trailed off as she connected all the dots in her head.

"The ToxicPenguin? Yes that is indeed me" I smirked.

"Who's the ToxicPenguin?" A voice questioned as head popped around my door.

"Jaydn? What are you doing?" Chaz questioned.

Another head was stuck around my door and I internally facepalmed "I heard something about penguins!"

"Mara what the hell?" I questioned this time. My other two friends I had made here, Mara and Jaydn, stood outside my room looking in from the doorway.

"Who said ToxicPenguin?" Jaydn said as she ran in to the room, Mara following behind her.

"I said ToxicPenguin. Because I am the ToxicPenguin" I answered truthfully.

Their mouths dropped open, much like Chaz's did. "THAT MEANS YOU'RE DATING THE BAJANCANDIAN!" Mara yelled at the top of her lungs.

"Yeah I am. Quiet down Mara will you?"

"Oh sorry" she giggled.
