"Maharaj Aja, I have to say, your plan of wedding your daughter to the pathetic little boy was a great ploy." Suyodhan spoke as he sipped his Madhya (Alcoholic drink).
Aja simply shifted uncomfortably in his seat for his proposal to Darsh was pure of heart. He never wanted to be with Nishumbh or Suyodhan but he was afraid. Jahnavi was smaller than both Maakandika and Trikaala. Going against them would surely lead in a battle.
So, slyly, Aja allied strongly with Ashokdhar by wedding his daughter to Darsh and gaining advantage on the two.
"The attack at the coronation wasn't successful either, so this might be our chance." Nishumbh sat down.
"Yes! Such a disappointment those dacoits were. Drat! We spent a good penny on them." Suyodhan slammed his glass against the wall. The three were in a chamber on the countryside of Jahnavi kingdom. Moonlight spread in through the small window in the wall.
"Maharaj, wasn't that crybaby supposed to come to Jahnavi today?" Nishumbh asked.
"Uh...yes. I believe there was some hassle in the palace. Even after the bandit attack. So we were told that he'll arrive tomorrow." Aja sarcastically said.
"Finally. Your daughter listens to you doesn't she?" Suyodhan smirked, "she'll be quite an asset to the takeover."
"Ashokdhar will fall." Nishumbh laughed sickeningly as Suyodhan celebrated.

"Acharyaa, these two are looking for shelter. Could you grace them with a place to stay until I make other arrangements?" Adarsh spoke somewhat fearfully. His sarcastic humour was replaced by devotion.
Hiranmayi did not respond. She looked at Chavi assessing her and Tara who seemed to cover behind her.
"Do you not know I only house dancers?" She sternly. Adarsh flinched but remained composed.
"I do, Acharyaa." Adarsh lowered his head. Chavi raised her brow. What was with this woman. Why was she being so rude?
Hiranmayi stood up, her form towering over Chavi. She side-eyed the bunch and turned around to leave. That seemed offensive to Chavi who scoffed.
"Is there a problem, mam?" She crossed her arms. Adarsh shot at her a warning look. But Chavi spoke up nonetheless, "We only asked you for shelter for a few days until we get to know this place. The greatest dancer and not generous?"
Hiranmayi turned around and looked at Adarsh, "I did not know you couldn't differenciate between wise and fools." Her voice was calmer than ever.
"Excuse me?!" Chavi retorted.
"What was the first lesson you learnt here?" Hiranmayi asked Adarsh. Adarsh never raised his head.
"The wiser you get the less you speak."
