"Now or Never"

Prince Ralph opened his eyes and then suddenly got up . His body shook as it reacted to the movements by the wagon he was in . It took him few seconds to make it out where he was . He was lying on the seat opposite to the seat on which his father was sitting

"You up ?"

He looked at him . He breathed unevenly for some seconds as he tried to recall the events . He then asked , "Where are we heading to ?"

He only remembered Prince Eliot riding in front of him slowly getting blurred and then he lost his conscious and might have hit his head on something . He was also wearing a bandage on his head

"You fainted suddenly . So we came to pick you up . We are heading  home now"

"I see" . He sat up straight and leaned on the side . He looked outside . It was so quite and deserted as if no one lived there from 100 of years

"Wear your coat , it's cold"

He came back from his world and looked at his father and then at the coat which was beside him folded very neatly . He reached for it and just as he hasted it he heard a faint sound 

Soon the guards guarding the wagon and the wagoner could also hear it . The guard turned and looked back . Someone was coming towards them on a horse while waving a fire torch 

He constantly yelled 'stop' as he waved the fire torch . The guard signaled the wagoner to stop . The certain someone caught up to them . It was a messenger from Malzenia

"Word has came from Malzenia to summon his majesty for an important matter"

They understood he was referring to King Charles . The king looked out the window , "What is it ?"

"They want you to be there immediately , your majesty . It's important"

He said while taking some glances at Ralph sitting in the wagon looking at him too . King Charles looked at Ralph . He understood what the matter was and it was convenient only for him to go 

Ralph shouldn't become a part of whatever conversation was to be carried out there . He got off the cart and said to Ralph , "You head back , son . I will go"

Ralph didn't ask him anything and just nodded . King Charles took the horse of one of the guards and rode back to Malzenia with the messenger 

The guard looked at the two until they disappeared from the sight . He then climbed on the wagoner's seat and signaled him to halt 

Ralph's mind was occupied too much to think about for what they had called his father . Lost him kept looking out enjoying the breeze hitting his face

Meanwhile , In Malzenia the crisis hadn't come down . The soldiers were still running here and there . Instead of the castle , the messenger took King Charles to some deserted road 

Three people were standing in the middle of the road surrounding someone on the ground . A cart was standing not so far away from them 

King Charles got off and headed to them . Someone was lying dead on the ground covered in blood . Alexander , Prince Eliot and his father were surrounding that body

"Who is he ?" King Charles asked

"The doctor" Prince Eliot answered without looking up

When he was checking the basements of weaponry house , a soldier came to him and reported about the doctor having been murdered . No one knew who did this . No one else except them knew about anything 

Well , the doctor was dead for the good but another concern had risen up about who killed the doctor . That person also might be a threat . They thought it might be some robber
