*Day 4*
Ash and his Pokémon are at the Seaform Islands. As his Pokémon are training, he brought Charizard and Pikachu as they venture down the caves. As they went down, they came across a Slowpoke and a Dewgong and capture both of them. But as he was walking, the floor beneath crumble and made him fall. Charizard quickly came out and caught his trainer before Ash plummets to his death.
"Thanks Charizard." Ash thanked him and Charizard.
"No problem." Charizard told him and felt a small shiver, but Ash and Pikachu are shaking.
"W-When did it get so c-c-c-old in here...?!" Pikachu asked.
"Must be a presence of a strong ice type Pokémon..." Charizard thoughted.
"Whatever it is... let's them be... I feel like my fingers are going to fall off any second.." Before Ash could get on Charizard, a breeze started to hit them, making them even more cold. "Wait... this isn't the wind..." He turned to see Pikachu frozen. "That was Blizzard!" The two turned to see the Freeze Pokémon flying out of the darkness of the caves.
"What are you doing here trespassers?" Articuno asked with a feminine voice.
"We're just exploring the caves and training." Ash defended.
"Oh really?" Articun asked. "You're Zapdos' new trainer?"
"Yeah?" He answered.
"Hm, you're quite strong then. Then I want to see it for myself!" Articuno(70) started to use Blizzard.
"Use Fire Spin around us!" Charizard uses Fire Spin as a wall of fire to block the coming Blizzard. "Now use Flamethrower!" Charizard fires a flamethrower and it hits and left burn marks. (Articuno- 77%, Burned)
"Now use Fire Punch!" Articuno try to use Agility to dodge but Charizard predict her move and strike her. (Articuno- 50%)
Charizard aims for another one, but Articuno had done a point blank Sheer Cold, and KO Charizard. (Articuno- 47%)
"You've done a great job Charizard." Ash smiles as he returns him and then turned to Pikachu. "Looks like you're up buddy!"
"Oh Yeah!" Pikachu jumps off his shoulder as his cheeks started to conduct electricity. Ash notice Articuno was about to use Roost.
"Electro Ball!" Pikachu quickly charges his Electro Ball and launches it, landing a direct hit. (Articuno- HP- 12%)
"Go Pokeball!" Ash throws to attempt to catch it. 3..... Articuno escaped and tries to use Ice Beam and Pikachu almost dodge and got frozen. (Pikachu- 86%; Frozon, Articuno- 9%)
Ash attempts another catch but failed immediately as Articuno uses Ancient Power and heavily hurts Pikachu as the ice shattered off the Mouse Pokemon. (Pikachu- 52%, Articuno- 6%)
(A/N: Will do that Freeze will do double damage when landed a hit)
Ash throws the pokeball and attempt another catch. 1...2....3... Caught.
Ash sigh in relief, "She's a stubborn one... But we caught her."
"Wait, how we going to get out?" Pikachu asked, making Ash realize that their only ways to get out is KO and the other is very weak from the fight.
"Umm..." They spent the next few hours in that cave until Lucario came and rescue them with Pidgeot.
*Day 5*
Ash and Pikachu sneeze at the same time.
"Are you sure you'll be fine?" Lucario asked.
"Yeah, just a cold. Let's just do some training and I'll rest when we get back." He told his Pokemon as he gets the others ready.
"...He's gonna get killed by Ellena?" Pikachu asked through talking.
"Definitely." Lucario agreed. They had been training to and have gotten stronger. Ash also got Growlithe, Pinsir, and Scyther.
*Day 6*
They have reached Victory Road for their second to last day of training. Ash had brought Pikachu and Charizard again along with Butterfree, just in case if they end up being stuck in a cave again. They walk through many tunnels and see a light at the end of one. They follow to see the familiar Flame Pokémon, Moltres.
"So you're the one who caught my brother and sister." Moltres said with a calm masculine tone
"Wait, how did you know?" Ash asked.
"I've gotten my ways. Now, are you here to capture me?" He asked.
"Well.... I never meant to capture them, they just attacked me, and my mind went blank..." Ash said sheepishly as rubbing the back of his head.
"....Seriously?" Moltres sweatdropped as Ash shrugs.
"I mean, if you want, you can come with me. I'm not really forcing anyone." Ash explained.
"Hm... I do feel a lot of great potential..." The Flame Pokémon goes in deep thought and finally made a decision(Moltres- 70). "Fight me, and if you win, I'll join."
"I'm cool with that, Charizard let's go!" Ash sent out his Charizard(63). "Use Rock Slide!" Charizard launches rocks as him and Moltres uses Ancient Power, leaving a heavy blows on both sides. (Moltres- 66%, Charizard- : 72%)
"Thunder Punch!" Charizard throws a punch full of electricity and Moltres uses Agility to dodge and then uses Ancient Power again, but Charizard uses Dragon Claw to destroy most but got hit by some. (Charizard- 52%)
Moltres attempt to use Flare Blitz but Charizard quickly counter with a point blank Rock Slide, but still took damage. (Charizard- 44%, Moltres- 24%)
"Dragon Dance into Thunder Punch." Charizard boosts his Attack and Speed to match Moltres and knock him down to the ground. (Moltres- 9%)
"Finish this off with Rock Throw!" Charizard throws rocks at Moltres and he barely survive and Ash throws the Pokeball.
As Moltress was about to go in, he scoffs, "Well played." He went in. 1....3....3....caught.
"Yes!" Ash cheered as Charizard roars as shoots out a flamethrower.
*Day 7*
They all agreed to spent their last day at Cerulean Cave, but Ash and Lucario felt chills down their spines.
"Do you feel that..?" Ash asked.
"Yeah... someone's in there is powerful. I think it's best to bring a full party." Lucario suggested.
"I think you're right.." Ash said. He decided to bring Pikachu, Charizard, Lucario, Butterfree, Ivysaur, and Wartortle and went down into the caves with his little pal on his shoulder. They explores around, even found some stones for the others if they want to evolve. But as he went further, they felt the atmosphere grew heavier as he and Pikachu jumps over a small river thanks to the rocks. When they climbed up, they see a cat-like Pokemon, which Ash was shocked to see again.
"Mewtwo..." He said.
